TS LAWCET 2024 Merit List Process for Tie-Breaker
To be eligible for the counselling rounds and admission procedure, candidates must achieve at least 35% on the entrance exam for the unreserved candidates. Only eligible candidates' names will appear on the TS LAWCET merit list. Candidates with the highest exam scores will be at the top of the list.
In the event of a tie in the TS LAWCET 2024 Merit List, the following tie-breaking criteria will be used:
- A student with the highest score in Part C, Aptitude for the Study of Law, will be placed higher on the merit list.
- If the tie persists, applicants' marks in Part B, Current Affairs, will be evaluated.
- If the rank cannot be decided yet, candidates will be placed together for ranking purposes, and candidates' ages will be considered at the time of admission. Senior candidates will be given precedence over younger candidates.
