About TS LAWCET 2024 Merit List

TS LAWCET merit list 2024 will be declared by the TSCHE on the official website separately for the offered courses; the 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB after the results are announced.

The merit list will feature the hall ticket number of the applicant, marks obtained in the entrance test and the rank secured. Candidates will receive TS LAWCET seat allotment based on the merit list.

To be eligible for the counselling rounds and admission procedure, candidates must achieve at least 35% on the entrance exam for the unreserved candidates. In the event of a tie in the TS LAWCET 2024 Merit List, the following tie-breaking criteria will be used:

• A student with the highest score in Part C, Aptitude for the Study of Law, will be placed higher on the merit list.
• If the tie persists, applicants' marks in Part B, Current Affairs, will be evaluated.
• If the rank cannot be decided yet, candidates will be placed together for ranking purposes, and candidates' ages will be considered at the time of admission. Senior candidates will be given precedence over younger candidates.

TS LAWCET 2024 Qualifying Marks

Participants must be aware that they must score higher than the exam's minimum qualifying marks to be admitted to any of the TS LAWCET 2024 participating colleges. The conducting board has set specified TS LAWCET 2024 qualifying marks, and those who do not achieve these are not accepted for admission to any participating college.

• University College Of Law OU Campus, Hyderabad had 13 as the last rank in the Open Category for male candidates and 0 for female applicants.
• University College of Law Telangana University, Dichpally had 469 as the last rank in OC for male students and 0 for female aspirants.
• Viswa Bharathi College of Law Muthangi, Patencheru had 2916 and 7929 as the last rank in OC for male and female students respectively.
• For Vinayaka Law College, the last rank for OC male applicants was 4122, while for female students was 10683.

Once the TS LAWCET 2024 merit list has been released, the counselling process begins. Those shortlisted for counselling through the merit list will have to complete the TS LAWCET counselling registration and pay the counselling fees.
