3-year Bachelor of Law (LLB) TS LAWCET 2025 Important Details

  • A percentage of 44.5 per cent or higher in aggregate in graduation (10+2+3 Pattern) for general categories, 41.5 percent or higher in aggregate in graduation for the OBC category, and 39.5 percent or higher for SC/ST category candidates will be recognized as 45 percent, 42 percent, and 40 percent of aggregate marks for admission into 3-year LLB course, respectively.
  • Applicants who passed the degree examination in a single sitting without completing a three-year course, whether conventional, private, or distance, are not qualified.
  • Those who have completed the qualifying degree through Open University directly are not suitable for the TS LAWCET 2025 application.
  • If a candidate received less than 45 percent, 42 percent, or 40 percent in graduation, he should have obtained the same percentage or more on the aggregate in any Post Graduation or B.Ed.
  • OBC applicants applying for the TS LAWCET 2025 must provide their OBC certificate issued by the appropriate authority to support 42 percent of their aggregate marks in graduation.

  • In the case of candidates from general categories, a percentage of 44.5 percent or more in aggregate in Intermediate (10+2 Pattern) will be considered as 45 percent for admission into a 5-year LLB course.
  • For OBC candidates, 41.5% aggregate in 10 + 2 will be counted as 42% and 39.5% for SC/ST as 40% respectively.

The candidate must be an India national and also a residence of Telangana state. Besides this, he / she must also satisfy the Local / Unreserved status requirement as prescribed by the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974 and the amendments made thereto from time to time.

Candidates who have passed their 10+2 or post-graduation/ graduation exam from any open university directly and without any basic qualification are not eligible for TS LAWCET 2025.
