TS LAWCET 2022 Paper Analysis

The 1st and the 2nd shifts of the TS LAWCET for the 3-year LLB were successfully conducted on July 21, 2022. TS LAWCET 2022 for the 5-year LLB was organized on July 22, 2022, from 10.30 AM to 12 PM.

The exam's overall difficulty level was found to be moderate. The queries are based on general knowledge and mental ability, current affairs knowledge, and aptitude for law studies. The exam lasted 90 minutes, and applicants were not allowed additional time to answer questions. There was no separate individual time limit for the TS LAWCET sections.

The section-wise analysis of Previous Year TS LAWCET is given below:

TS LAWCET 3-year LLB Part A Analysis

• Thirty questions were asked from the General Knowledge and Mental Ability section.
• The difficulty level was moderate.
• This section did not ask queries about current events, such as the Olympics, departmental changes in the Ministry, or too many recent political developments.
• The number of questions based on Mental Ability was lower than the previous year's trend of 10-13 questions.

TS LAWCET 3-year LLB Part B Analysis

• The Current Affairs segment had 30 questions.
• The aspirants found the Current Affairs section to be of moderate level.
• There were no queries on the most recent occurrences in the last month.

TS LAWCET 3-year LLB Part C Analysis

• Students had to attempt 60 questions from the Aptitude for the Study of Law.
• The aspirants found the Aptitude for the Study of Law to be the most challenging. The questions were a mix of moderate to more complex.
• Students have reported that some questions were ambiguous. Many of the questions had ambiguous answers, which left the students confused.
• This section carries more importance compared to the others as, in the case of a tie-breaker, the candidates who scored higher in this section will be favored.
