TS PGLCET Counselling 2025: TGCHE conducts the TS PGLCET counselling across 2 rounds. Based on the vacancies, the conducting body may organise an additional round of spot counselling.

Those who secure minimum qualifying marks or more are eligible for the counselling process. Students must register for the counselling process to be able to exercise web options. The TS PGLCET seat allotment is declared per the web choices submitted. Those who are shortlisted have to download the seat allotment letter from the provisional allotment login from the portal.

TS PGLCET 2025 Counselling Process: Step-by-Step

Here are the main steps of the TS PGLCET 2025 counselling process.

Registration and Counselling Fee Payment

  • Candidates must register themselves once the link is activated. They need to fill in the details asked and make sure the data added to the counselling registration form is accurate.
  • In the next stage, they must make the counselling fee payment in favour of Secretary TGCHE via Credit Cards/ Debit Cards/ Internet Banking. After successful fee payment, they must note down the payment ID for any further reference.

Online Certificate Upload and Verification

  • In the subsequent step, they must complete the online certificate verification, where they need to upload documents asked by the conducting body.
  • In case of any clarifications related to the certificates/ documents, the admission committee may reach out to the applicants over the phone. They must answer any such calls from the verification officer.
  • The physical verification for the NCC / CAP / PH / Sports category is completed by slot booking. Such candidates have to attend the verification process as per the stipulated dates.
  • After round 1 counselling, no verification will be done further for the Special Categories.

List of verified and eligible candidates and modifications if any through e-mail service

  • In this phase, the admission cell will release the list of registered and eligible students, which will be available on the counselling portal.
  • If there are any discrepancies in the data, then the candidates must contact the helpline centre in person if allowed or via email at the earliest.
  • Please note that after the college allotment is announced, any such complaints will not be entertained by the authorities.

Web Options Process and Editing

  • Only those who have registered and are on the verified list can take part in this process.
  • They must click on the TS PGLCET web options link and add their college choices as per their preferences via laptops or desktops. They are advised to avoid using movies or tablets to fill out the choices. After doing so, they must save and freeze the web choices.
  • If they wish to edit or modify the web selections they can do so during the choice editing window. They are recommended to furnish as many college options as possible to enhance their chances of allotment.
  • Once done, they must keep a print of the final choices freezed.

Seat Allotment and College Reporting

  • The seat allotment is released college-wise and is made available on the admissions/ counselling website.
  • Candidates on the allotment list are required to pay the tuition fees in online mode via Debit/ Credit/ Internet Banking.
  • Those who receive allocation can obtain the joining report from the portal and report to the allocated college/ university/ centre for document verification in person and submitting the fee receipt.
  • After successful completion of the above formalities, the final allotment and admission is granted.
