About XGMT 2025 Application Form

The XGMT 2025 application form was released on August 26, 2024, and the last date is December 10, 2024. Candidates who wish to appear for the XGMT 2025 exam, scheduled for January 25, 2025, can fill out the application form available on the official website at xim.edu.in/x-gmt. To apply for the exam, candidates first need to enter their basic credentials in the New User section to get their unique XU ID/Login ID/Username and Password by email. Then, log in using these credentials and fill out the personal, education, and work experience details; choose the program/s; write your Statement of Purpose (SoP); upload your photo and signature; and submit. Lastly, pay the application fees (INR 1800 for the first option, and INR 400 each for the subsequent options). XGMT 2025 Step-by-Step Application Process

Applicants must fill out an online application form through online mode at www.xim.edu.in for the X-GMT 2025. The applicants will receive an email confirming the form’s acceptance if they have correctly filled out the X-GMT 2025 application form and submitted the application fee successfully.

Candidates may fill out the X-GMT 2025 application form following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to the official website - xim.edu.in. 

Step 2: Login using your XU ID/Login ID and Password. The X-GMT 2025 application form will be displayed on the screen. 

Step 3: Enter your personal details, academic information, and professional information. Provide details such as Name, Date of Birth, Father/Mother Name, Gender, Aadhaar Cards, Mobile/Phone Number, Qualification Details, and Certificate, etc.

Step 4: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photographs and signature according to the dimensions mentioned. 

Step 5: Pay the application fees through the payment gateway. 

Step 6: Check and submit the filled application, take a printout and keep it safe for future reference.

Candidates must enter the following details to create a unique XU ID/Login ID and Password for applying to XIM University:

Documents and Details Required to Fill Out XGMT Application Form 2025

Candidates must provide their past academic information and a number of other documents to fill out the X-GMT 2025 application form 2025. Candidates may check out the XGMT information brochure and website, xim.edu.in, for the complete list. Before proceeding to complete the XGMT 2025 registration, candidates should have all of the documents listed below handy. 

• Class X marksheet or certificate

• Class XII marksheet or certificate

• Graduation marksheet or certificate

• A photo identity proof

• Digitally scanned photograph and signature: Candidates must have scanned or digital images of their signature or photo available in JPEG format in advance. The photo's dimensions must be around 200 by 250 pixels, while the signature must be around 125 by 250 pixels. The size of the image and the signature must be less than 50 kb.

• Work experience certificate: It is mandatory for candidates with relevant work experience to provide their previous employment details. 

• Payment information: Candidates must have their credit card/debit card/online payment information available with them in order to pay the X-GMT 2025 exam application fees.

XGMT 2025 Application Fees

For the first option or choice, the X-GMT 2025 application fee is INR 1600, and for each additional option, it is INR 400. Candidates who appear in X-GMT 2025 will be charged an additional INR 1,200. Candidates must pay an additional fee if they choose another MBA entrance exam in addition to the XGMT for admission.
