XGMT 2023 difficulty level ranged from moderate to difficult. Notably, both slots had different levels of difficulty. Slot 2 was more difficult than slot 1, even though the questions were mostly different. The verbal ability section in both slots had most of the questions from one-word substitution, which gave candidates an opportunity to score well. However, Logical Reasoning was quite challenging.
Candidates who attempted the exam in Slot 1 had luck on their side, as the quantitative section was easier than expected. Most of the questions were from general mathematics which required less to no calculation. However, for Slot 2 candidates, the exam was unpredictable, as the questions and level of difficulty were completely different.
