XAT Notification 2026 for Registration
Now that the XAT 2026 application link has been activated, a candidate must visit the official XAT website @xatonline.in and create an account by clicking on the "Register" link. After this, he is required to fill in the basic details such as name, email address, mobile number, and set a password of his preference. After submitting the details, he will receive a unique XAT ID and password on their registered email and mobile number.
Next, he must login with their XAT ID and password and fill out the online application form by providing personal details, academic qualifications, work experience (if any), exam city preferences (up to two preferred test cities), and other required details. He must also select the programmes he wishes to apply for at XLRI. After this, he is required to upload a scanned copy of his passport-size photograph and signature in the specified format and size along with an ID proof. Finally, he must click on the “Submit” button after which no changes can be made to the application form.
After completing the XAT 2026 application form, the candidate should pay the XAT registration fee of Rs 2,200 through online or offline modes such as credit/debit card, net banking, IMPS, etc. Additionally, he must pay an extra Rs 200 per programme if he is applying for XLRI programmes. NRI/Foreign candidates applying for one or more programmes through GMAT are required to pay Rs. 5000 as the application fee.
