After the registration for AP EAMCET counselling on its official website, candidates will see a statement that indicates 'Candidate is eligible for exercising options'. Such candidates need not visit the helpline centre for certificate verification. The certificates of these candidates are verified online, and these candidates can directly proceed with web options on the stipulated dates.

Offline Certificate Verification: After registering for AP EAMCET counselling on its official website, the candidates will see a statement that indicates 'Candidate is not eligible for exercising options'. Such candidates will have to visit the nearest helpline centre for document verification. After filling in the preferred choices, candidates will have to lock their filled choices and take a print copy of it for further use. It is important for the candidates to clearly choose and fill in their choices as after the submission of the form no changes shall be entertained or accepted by the concerned authorities. The choices once locked won't be changed.

Step 4: AP EAMCET Seat Allotment

The allotment of the seats will be done by the admission authority of AP EAMCET based on the candidate’s category, merit, gender, local area, special reservation category, etc. For seat allotment purposes, candidates will have to download their allotment by logging into their accounts. The seat allotment will be done after the completion of the rounds of the counselling process. With the completion of each round, a list of allotments will be declared for the candidates. As each AP EAMCET seat allotment list gets declared, a separate list consisting of the total number of seats left, the number of seats occupied and the total number of seats reported will also be declared. A list with the name of the participating institution and the place of the institution will also be released.
