The detailed Haryana DET (L) 2021 eligibility criteria demands the applicants to have -
Passed the class XIIth exam from a recognised Board and must have studied Physics and Chemistry compulsorily at the qualifying level along with either Biology/Mathematics Or
Passed the class XIIth exam from Science stream and must have compulsorily studied Mathematics as one of the subjects Or
Passed the class XIIth exam from Science stream in addition to a Technical Vocational subject Or
Passed the class Xth exam along with a 2-year ITI training in an appropriate trade Or
NSQF level 4
Some important pointers regarding the Haryana DET (L) 2021 eligibility criteria are given below -
ITI pass candidates (min 2 years) after class Xth or class XIth from PCM background are also eligible
Class XIIth pass students from Commerce/Arts background are only eligible for admission into the non-engineering diploma programmes like (Diploma in Business Management, Industrial & Personal Management, Hotel Management, Finance, Accounts & Auditing, Library & Information Science and Office Management & Computer Application)
10+2 qualified students from the medical background (PCB) are only eligible to apply for Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology only
NSQF level 4 candidates who have also passed their class XIIth exam will be considered eligible as per the compatibility of the course
Three-year diploma degree holder in a particular branch are also eligible for lateral entry admission
The reservation policy in all the Technical Education Institutions in the state can be found in the table below. 85% of the total seats will be reserved for candidates belonging to Haryana and the rest will be available for All India Category -
