About IILET 2025 Counselling Process (Open)

IILET 2025 Counselling (Phase 2): The IILET counselling 2025 for Round 2 admissions is ongoing. Earlier, the conducting body released the list of provisionally chosen students on January 28, 2025. 

Two lists have been issued. One carries the names of 23 candidates who are shortlisted for IILET 2025 counselling for the scholarship seats. They have to attend the counselling as per the schedule provided by the institute. The other list is the waiting list, which includes 90 individuals. Depending on the vacant seats, they will be called by the Indore Institute of Law for admission.

Candidates will be considered for the IILET counselling process 2025 if they satisfy the eligibility criteria and qualify the cut-off issued by the conducting body. The admission process consists of three stages - entrance test (IILET), psychometric test and personal interview.

IILET 2025 Counselling Process: Step-by-Step

Here are the major steps of the IILET 2025 counselling process - 

IILET Merit List: After the result of the law entrance examination is declared, a merit list of the candidates is prepared based on the marks obtained and cut-off marks. The category of the applicants is also kept in mind while formulating the list. Those who are on the provisional merit list are chosen for the admissions process. Apart from that, a waiting list is issued by the conducting body. In case seats remain vacant depending on the order of merit the students on the waiting list will be called for admissions.

Invitation for Counselling: All eligible applicants shall receive invitations for the counselling process via their registered emails and phone numbers. They must thoroughly read the guidelines and participate in the counselling for the required formalities as per the prescribed dates.

Document Verification: The selected students will have to appear at the designated venue for document/ certificate verification. The officials will cross-check their eligibility claims based on the documents they provide. After confirmation from the authorities, they can then pay the fee.

Fee Payment: The provisional seats offered to deserving candidates can be secured after paying the prescribed tuition and admission fees for the course. The admission of the candidate would be confirmed only after the institute has received the payment.

• The counselling process of IILET 2025 is conducted via an offline mode. Candidates are required to visit the campus of the Indore Institute of Law to participate in the process.
• Students are called for the counselling process of IILET 2025 based on the marks bagged in the IILET 2025 exam.
• The cut-off is released by the institute of law and a merit list is prepared after keeping in mind the score of the candidate and his/her reserved category. Students who have managed to make it to the list have to appear for the process.
• It is of utmost importance to be present for counselling on the day and time allotted by the institute of law.
• Students are required to carry all the required and necessary documents to the campus for verification. 
• Seats would be frozen only after the institute has received the payment initiated by the candidate.
