Candidates seeking to appear for the admission test must meet the eligibility conditions. Detailed IILET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Enlisted below are the parameters that need to be met before participating in the application process of IILET 2024. Go through them in order to get a better understanding of the same.

For BA LLB (Hons.) & BBA LLB (Hons.):

  • Candidates must have cleared class 12th/ intermediate exam or its equivalent from a recognised board of education.

  • It is essential to score a minimum aggregate of 45% or its equivalent CGPA in the SSC examination.

  • Aspirants falling under the category of SC and ST are awarded 5% relaxation. They can apply with an aggregate of 40% or ita equivalent CGPA in class 12th exam.

  • Candidates awaiting results or who are yet to appear for the annual examination can also apply, given that, they produce documented proof of fulfilling the eligibility criteria at the time of selection process.

  • IIL follows the D.A.V.V University and Bar Council of India norms. No age limit is set for the aspirant. Anyone can apply to pursue the course.

For B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) (5 YDC) With Global & Transnational Studies:

  • Candidate must have completed class 12th from a recognised educational board.

  • The minimum aggregate scored by the aspirant must be 65% in the intermediate final exam.

  • Candidates who are yet to appear for the exam or are waiting for the declaration of result can also apply for the same, provided that they provide a documented proof of satisfying the eligibility criteria during the selection process.

  • No hard and fast rule is on the age limit. Anyone can apply for admission to B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) (5 YDC) With Global & Transnational Studies as the law institute abides by the rules issued by  D.A.V.V University and Bar Council of India.

What After Fulfilling IILET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

After a candidate meets the eligibility criteria of IILET 2024 as prescribed by the Indore Institute of Law he / she must proceed with the application process. The next step to satisfying the eligibility criteria is to fill out the application form of IILET 2024 before the deadline and to prepare for the upcoming IILET exam.

IILET 2024 Selection Process

IILET sticks to a strict selection process that a candidate must go through to enrol in the integrated law programmes. Candidates who qualify the cut-off of IILET 2024 declared by IIL are shortlisted for the personal interview round. If a candidate is seeking admission to BBA LLB (Hons.) in the Global and Transnational Studies programme, he / she must also take a psychometric test along with the personal interview round. The final selection of an aspirant will be done after analysing the overall performance in all the rounds.

It must be noted that 70% of seats for IILET 2024 are filled with the performance in IILET, 20% of seats are occupied as per marks acquired in LSAT or CLAT and the remaining 10% of seats are filled as per merit in the qualifying exam.
