      Dear Student,

KEA considers your final year marks i.e. 5th and 6th semester marks combined with Karnataka DCET score to determine rank. 1st and 2nd semester marks are not taken into consideration in this regard. However, please note that you must score at lease 45% aggregate in all the subjects in your final year of Diploma course (5th and 6th semesters) to be eligible.

We hope this answers your query. Good luck!

The last date for Karnataka DCET 2020 application form was on July 7th 2020 and since you missed it, you cannot appear for the exam now.

However, you need not worry as you can get admission to Engineering colleges in Karnataka without KDCET exam. Read How to Get Admission in Karnataka Engineering Colleges Without KCET Score to learn more.
