KLEE 2024 Online Submission of Options

The Centralised Allotment process includes an allocation technique that allows students to exercise their options for institutions of their preference in the sequence of their priority. Allotments will be made exclusively on the candidate's exercised options, rank, and qualifying reservations.

Aspirants should only select courses and colleges that they know they will attend once they are assigned. The Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) is completed online to offer admission to the Integrated 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programmes. Candidates will be able to select courses and colleges based on their achievement in the entrance exam. Courses and colleges will be offered purely based on the rank and category lists.

A Centralised Allotment Process will be used to assign students to all courses across all categories. The process is carried out using a Single Window System (SWS) of Allotment to allocate seats to candidates who have been included in the CEE's Rank and Category lists based on the entrance exams.

Steps to Exercise KLEE 2024 Web Options

Below are the crucial steps to exercise Kerala LL.B 2024 web options / choice filling -

Option Registration by Applicants

Students can only register options through the website. Candidates must register their web choices through the candidate's 'Home Page' within the time range specified. By following the guidelines, candidates can use this website to register for programmes and colleges.

The alternate registration option or option editing will only be available within the period specified in the CEE announcements. When the deadline expires, the facility is removed, and the candidate can no longer access it.

An applicant who does not file their alternatives within the time frame indicated will be ineligible for allocations against any of the remaining seats, regardless of rank. No time extension for registering options will be granted under any situation.

Options Registration Eligibility

Only individuals whose names are listed in the Kerala LLB exam's rank list and category list are eligible to enrol online their web options or avail the choice filling facility.

Essentials for Option Registration

Applicants can view their home page by correctly filling the details such as Application number, Password, and Access Code.

Options Registration Process

Applicants who wish to register their preferences should have their 'Application number,' 'password,' and "access code" ready.

To register options, the applicant should follow the instructions below:

  • Enter the Application Number, Password, and access code to login into the Candidate Portal.
  • Then navigate to the Option Registration web page and click on the Option Registration Link to Register and Save Options.
  • The list of selected options can be seen and printed.
  • By tapping on the 'Option Registration' link on the Home Page, applicants can see all of the options. All of the user's eligible options will be provided in this tab, and the applicant should select just those that suit them.
  • If a person is allotted a certain seat according to their priority, they must approve it or risk losing it along with other options. Once gone, the allocation and associated alternatives are no longer available in subsequent stages.
  • However, new options might be registered during the Mop-up phase.

Confirmation of online options for participation in further phases of allocation -

Aspirants with valid options who want to join the second / subsequent allotment must log in to the applicant web portal and affirm their options by selecting the confirm button on the Home Page. Applicants can delete undesirable alternatives or change the present options after online option assessment.

Saving the Chosen Options -

For the modifications to be reflected in the portal, any web options chosen, added or removed, or reordered of the options must be recorded before exiting the option registration site.

All unsaved changes will be lost if the applicants exit the site by logging out or closing the browser / page by mistake. So, before the applicant logs out, they must double-check that their course-college choices are saved.

The Options List is printed depending on the options that have been registered -

Following the saving of the options mentioned, a print of the final list of course-college combinations can be retrieved and stored for future reference.

Signing out of the Home page / Web Options Page -

When the applicant has finished studying the options, they should log out of the platform by clicking the "logout" link. They must not exit the system randomly and should log out properly.
