Steps to Fill MAH MCA CET 2025 Application Form

MAH MCA CET 2025 registration process will be held in online mode. The steps to apply for Maharashtra MCA CET exam 2025 are explained below:-

Step 1: Registration (First-time Users):

  • Visit the official website of the exam or click on the direct link mentioned above

  • Once you visit the website, click on the option that says 'New Registration'.

  • A new screen will open where you will have to enter your Name, Email ID and some other contact details.

  • Once you submit the required information, a Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen that you must note down. 

  • You will also receive an email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration Number and Password.  

  • You can then sign in using their credentials and access the application form

Step 2: Filling the Application Form:

  • You must carefully fill and verify all your Domicile and Category details as well as Academic details in the application form.

Step 3: Exam Centre Preference

  • Out of all the locations available to appear for the entrance exam, choose the location where you wish to take the exam.

  • If you are not able to complete the application form in one go, you can choose the 'SAVE AND NEXT' tab to save the data already entered. 

Step 4: Uploading Documents

  • In this step, you need to upload your Photograph and Signature.

  • It is important to follow the specifications outlined by the authorities before uploading the scanned documents.

  • In the application form, there are two separate links for uploading a Photograph and Signature.

  • Click on the link 'Upload Photograph/Signature'.

  • Browse and select the location where the scanned Photograph/Signature files have been saved.

  • Then, select the files and click on the 'Open/Upload' tab.

  • In case the Photograph or Signature is not clear then, the application can be rejected.

  • After uploading the Photograph/ Signature in the online application form, you should check that the images are clear and uploaded correctly.

  • If the Photograph or Signature is not showing prominently, you can edit your application and re-upload your Photographs or Signatures, before submitting the application form.

Step 5: Upload Required Document for Proof of Identity

  • Candidates need to upload a clear image of their proof of identity according to the specifications

  • It is preferable to bring the same ID proof to the exam centre

Step 6: Preview and Validate Information

  • Once the information has been imputed and the documents uploaded, the final stage is to verify all the information in case of any errors

  • After the application form has been cross-checked, proceed to pay the fees.

Step 4: Payment of Fees

  • After uploading the documents, you have to submit the application fee. The application fee can be paid in online mode using a Credit Card/Debit Card.

  • Enter the required details such as Card number, CVV, and Name on the card.

  • Pay the application fee by clicking on the ‘Submit’ tab.

After the closing of the registration process, the authorities opened the MAH MCA CET application form correction window so that you can edit or rectify mistakes made in the registration forms. The application form correction facility is accessible in online mode only. You are instructed to carefully go through your forms and rectify the errors since there will be no further options to make any changes to the MAH MCA CET 2025 application form. 

MAH MCA CET Admit Card 2025

The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra will be issued tentatively in the month of February 2025. You can access their admit cards online from the official website - cetcell.mahacet.org. The college should issue you a transfer certificate or migration certificate, you can try to demand it from your college administrators first. If in case the college is still not issuing the TC you can use the duplicate TC. A duplicate transfer certificate is just a second copy of your first TC. You can take admission to any college with a duplicate TC as well.
