MHT CET 2025 Application Form: The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell closed the application correction window on March 12, 2025.  Candidates who wanted to make corrections to their application form were allowed to make modifications by logging into their registered accounts for the MHT CET 2025 exam. The MHT CET correction window was activated on March 10, 2025. Candidates are allowed to make corrections only to certain sections like Name, Date of Birth, Photograph, Signature, Gender, and Group. However, candidates had to pay an additional fee for making corrections to the MHT CET application form 2025. Earlier, the application window for registration was on February 27, 2025; however, the registered candidates were allowed to pay the MHT CET application fees till February 28, 2025. 

The MHT CET registration form 2025 without a late fine was closed on February 15, 2025. The MHT CET application fee is INR 800 for general candidates from other states and candidates who have a domicile in Maharashtra or belong to reserved categories will have to pay INR 600. Eligible candidates can apply for the MHT CET 2025 exam within the deadline.  MHT CET 2025 Application Fee can be paid through credit/debit card, internet banking, or UPI. The MHT CET Application Form 2025 was released on December 30, 2024, by the CET Cell Maharashtra.

MHT CET 2025 admit card on the official website for the upcoming scheduled exam for MHT PCM and MHT PCB groups. The expected date for the release of the MHT CET 2025 hall ticket is April 1 or 2, 2025. MHT CET Image Uploading & Specifications 2025

Along with the MH CET registration details, candidates also need to upload images and signature in the form. The image uploading process for MHT CET 2025 is as follows -

For Uploading Photograph

• Recent coloured passport size Photograph was taken against a light/white background. The application form may get rejected in case the candidate's face in the photograph is unclear.

• The file size of the photograph should be between 15 KB to 50 KB in jpeg format.

• To reduce the size of the picture, applicants can crop their passport size image in MS Paint or in any other Photo Editor.

For Uploading Signature

• Applicants have to sign (no capital letters) with a black ink pen on white paper.

• Signature scanning should be in 200 dpi (dots per inch) scanner resolution settings and the file size must lie between 5 KB to 20 KB in jpeg format.

• To reduce the Signature size, candidates may crop the signature image in MS Paint or in any other Photo Editor.

MHT CET Application Fee 2025 (Without Late Fees)

All candidates who register for the exam need to pay CET form fees. MHT CET form fees can be paid in online mode only and is compulsory for all. The CET fees 2025 must be paid using a debit/credit card, mobile wallet, or net banking. Also, note that the application fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant under any circumstances. Important Notes

• MHT-CET form fee is to be paid through online system only by Credit Card/Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets for which the service charges are applicable.

• On successful payment of the CET fees 2025, a confirmation of the same is displayed online.

• Applicants are then advised to take a print out of the MHT CET fees 2025 receipt for future references and keep a printout of the MHT-CET Registration Confirmation Page safe.

How to know if your MHT CET 2025 application form is submitted?

On successful payment of the MHT CET application fee, a confirmation of the same will be displayed online via the candidate portal. Candidates should print the payment receipt for future references. MHT CET facility of allotment of Extra Time and/or Scribe

Students appearing for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) may be eligible for extra time and/or scribe facilities if they have a disability that affects their ability to write the exam. 

Eligibility:

• Students with disabilities as defined under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPWD Act, 2016) are eligible for these facilities.
• The competent authority will determine the specific disabilities and the corresponding support needed as per the RPWD Act, 2016.

Extra Time:

• Students who are eligible for a scribe are entitled to a minimum of 20 minutes of extra time per hour of the exam.
• Students who are not availing a scribe but require extra time due to their disability may be eligible for one hour of extra time per three hours of the exam, or a pro-rated amount for shorter exams.

Scribe: A scribe is a person who writes down the answers dictated by the student during the exam.

How to Apply:

Candidates will be able to apply for a scribe or extra time while filling out the MHT CET registration details.

Application Fees

There is no extra MHT CET form fees required to apply for a scribe or extra time.

Important Notes:

To receive extra time and/or a scribe during the MHT CET, you must provide the following documents:

• Disability certificate: This document, issued by a competent authority under the RPWD Act, 2016, should clearly state your disability and the recommended support needed during the exam.
• Proof of identity: This could be your Aadhar card, PAN card, voter ID, or any other government-issued photo identification document.

For Scribes:

• The person you choose as your scribe cannot be a candidate appearing for the HSC (12th Standard) exam in the same year.
• It's recommended that your scribe has not completed their HSC (12th Standard) education. However, this is not a strict requirement.

MHT CET Application Form Cancellation 2025

If a candidate wishes to cancel their MHT CET 2025 application, they will have to click on the Cancel Application tab in the form. The paid fees will not be refunded in case the candidate cancels his/ his application. Candidates should follow the steps mentioned below to cancel their MHT CET 2025 application form.

• Go to the MHT CET 2025 official website.
• Login using the required credentials.
• Click on the ‘Cancel Application’ tab.
• Enter the registered mobile number and the OTP sent to it.
• Provide the Cancellation Remark and click on the Proceed button.

MHT CET 2025 Exam Center is released by the State Cell of Maharastra on the official website. While filling out the MHT CET 2025 application form, candidates have to select the cities as per their choice in the order of preference. • Incomplete MHT CET application forms as well as application forms sent via Post/Courier will not be entertained and hence be rejected. Candidates are required to submit one and only one MHT CET application form via online mode.
•  If candidates have committed any mistake while filling their MHT CET application form, the fees paid for the same will not be refunded under any circumstances. In such a scenario, candidates are advised to fill a new application form by using alternate mobile no and email id. 
•  The email id and mobile number provided in the MHT CET application form for validation will be treated as primary contact details and all communications will be conducted via the same. 
•  In case mail is not received in INBOX, candidates should check the Spam / Junk Folder of their Email.
•  Candidates are suggested to check their emails on a regular basis.
•  For any support/grievance, candidates can submit their Grievances using email or call on help line numbers available provided by the conducting body. Candidates must keep in mind that it is mandatory for them to produce the printout of the Admit Card, valid Photo ID proof in original for identity verification to the examination centre on the day of MHT CET examination. NO Colour Xerox/Photocopy/Softcopy will be permitted.

MHT CET 2025 Identity Verification

In the MHT CET examination hall, it is compulsory for the candidates to submit the MHT CET admit card along with original of their photo identity (bearing reasonably the same name as it appears on the Admit Card) such as Voter’s Card/ PAN Card / Driving License/ Indian Passport / Permanent Bank Passbook with Photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer on official letterhead along with photograph / Photo identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead along with photograph / recent Identity Card issued by a recognized School / College/ Aadhaar Card / EAadhaar Card print with a photograph to the concerned invigilator for verification. Identity of the candidates will be verified with respect to his/her details on the MHT CET admit card, in the Attendance List and in the requisite documents submitted. If the identity of the candidate is in doubt, the candidate may not be permitted to sit for the MHT CET entrance exam.
