PU UGLAW Eligibility Criteria 2025: PU UGLAW eligibility criteria have been issued by the Panjab University. Candidates who meet the eligibility conditions are qualified to apply. PU UGLAW 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Academic Qualifications and Age Limit

Here are the major pointers about the academic qualifications and age limit related to the PU UGLAW 2025 eligibility criteria:

Academic qualification: 

• Candidates must have qualified 10+2 with at least 50% marks for the unreserved category. For those from the SC/ST/BC/PwD, they must have obtained 45% marks from an approved board or university.
• Those who have secured a Higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate after completion of studies via distance or correspondence mode of education are also allowed to apply.
• Applicants who completed 10+2 via Open University directly without having any prior qualifications cannot apply for PU UGLAW.

Age:

As per the guidelines of BCI (Bar Council of India), no upper or lower limit is set up for admission to undergraduate law courses.

PU UGLAW 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Weightage

Admission to the offered courses such as BA LLB (Hons) and B.Com LLB (Hons) is based on the following weightage system as per the PU UGLAW 2025 eligibility criteria.

BA LLB (Hons) - 5 years Integrated Course

• 50% from the entrance examination (PU UGLAW) and 50% from the qualifying examination and other weightage considered by the university.

BCom LLB (Hons) - 5 years Integrated Course

• 50% from the admission test (PU UGLAW) and 50% from weightage for the commerce subjects and other permitted weightage as allowed by the university.
