Candidates going through the TANCET Computer Science Engineering Syllabus are advised to go through the TANCET exam pattern 2025 to get hold of the exam and understand the exam better. Check the TANCET Computer Science Engineering Exam Pattern below:

  • The TANCET Computer Science Engineering Exam will be conducted for a total of 115 questions and 100 marks
  • The Computer Science Engineering exam will be conducted for three subjects that are Basic Engineering & Science, Engineering Mathematics, and Specialisation Subjects. 
  • The basic Engineering Sciences will comprise 35 questions for a total of 20 marks; the Engineering Mathematics section will have 20 questions for 20 marks, whereas the Specialisation subject will have 60 questions for a total of 60 marks
  • The TANCET exam does follow a negative marking scheme, and 1/3 marks will be deducted for incorrect answers. However, no deduction will be made for unanswered questions
