Marking Scheme for TANCET Basic Engineering Science

As per the marking scheme for the TANCET Basic Engineering Science exam, 1 mark is given to the applicants for each correct answer, and ⅓  mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. The total number of questions in the paper is 100. Candidates will have to answer one correct response out of the four alternatives. If any of the applicants leaves the answer unattempted, there will be no mark deduction for it. If the applicant is selecting multiple answers for a question, ⅓ marks will be deducted as negative marking.
