ULSAT Eligibility Criteria 2025: ULSAT 2025 eligibility criteria provide the set of requirements that the students must meet to gain enrolment in the offered courses - BA LLB, BBA LLB, B.Com LLB, LLM etc.
For 5-year LLB programmes via ULSAT 2025, they need to acquire a minimum of 50% in 10th and 12th standard examinations. Exam-takers must check the eligibility conditions carefully as it might vary depending on the programmes they seek to join. If they do not satisfy the eligibility criteria of ULSAT, their claim for admission will be cancelled, even if they clear the written test and other rounds of the selection process.

Only Indian candidates are eligible to apply for ULSAT.
Candidates should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from any affiliated Board of Education in India.
To be eligible for ULSAT, candidates are required to clear class 10 and 12 board examinations with a minimum of 50%.
Candidates who are appearing in the final year of the qualifying examination can also take ULSAT. However, such candidates have to produce proof of their age in the form of their class 10 mark sheet. They are also required to produce all the original documents / certificates at the time of counselling / admission.
Candidateโs age should not exceed 20 years as of 1st July of the exam year. In case, a candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe category, then, the age limit should be 22 years as of 1st July of the exam year.

UPES has not laid any age limit criteria for most of the programmes that it offers. There is no age limit criteria for ULSAT law programmes as well. However, 21 years of age is the right age to acquire programmes from UPES, certain factors such as the choice of course, years to complete the course etc matter a lot in this regard.
ULSAT 2025 application form is available for LLM, 3 years LLB, and 5 years LLB. Apart from ULSAT, candidates can apply for admission in law courses at UPES via CLAT / board exam scores of the current session. Around 20% of seats are filled through CLAT/ 10+2 scores and the rest of the seats are filled on ULSAT 2025 scores.
