Before beginning their preparation for the exam, candidates should ensure that they are familiar with all of the essential exam details, such as the exam format, the syllabus, and the books that they should consult. The ULSAT 2023 exam was held between 28 April to 22 July 2023.
The University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) is upheld and acknowledged by UGC as per the provisions of Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
For LLB, the ULSAT 2023 exam lasts 2.5 hours, while for LLM, it is a 2-hour test.
There is no negative marking in the ULSAT 2023 examination.
The syllabus for BA LLB, BBA LLB, and B.Com LLB programs includes Language Comprehension, Quantitative and Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Legal Aptitude. For the LLM Course, the syllabus encompasses Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, and other legal subjects.
A total of 150 questions are asked in the ULSAT 2023 exam.
