The WB JECA application form was released on September 10, 2025, and the last date to complete the registration process was September 17, 2025. After the registration process, the exam authority has now released the application form correction window for the WB JECA 2025 exam. You can make edits to your registration form from September 19 to 20, 2025. You can access the direct link for the application form correction here. The authorities have only announced the tentative WB JECA 2025 exam date. Before filling out the application form for WB JECA 2025, students are advised to check the WB JECA 2025 eligibility criteria for the exam. The WB JECA application process 2025 includes registration, form filling, document uploading, and fee payment. To apply for WB JECA 2025 online, students must provide their personal details, contact details, educational details, domicile information, etc. The WB JECA application fee 2025 is INR 500 for the general category and INR 400 for the third Gender/SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS Category. Students applying for the WB JECA 2025 exam must pay the application fee to appear for the exam. WB JECA application fee for all the different categories is mentioned in the table below.

How to Fill WB JECA 2025 Application Form?

The following steps must be followed while filling the application process:

Step 1: Registration:

• Go to the WB JECA 2025 official website at wbjeeb.nic.in and click on the official registration link. The first step of the application process is registration and generating application number and password. 
• You must submit your basic information, including your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number, in order to register.
• After that, you have to choose a Password and Security question and click on the 'Submit' button.
• The JECA 2025 application number and password will be generated and sent to your registered email address following the completion of the registration process.
• Students have to remember the security question and password for future use. There is no way to recover the password if it is forgotten.

Step 2: Filling Up of Application Form:

• In this step, log in using the generated application number and password.

• After this, students have to enter various details such as Nationality, Income category, Residential address, Choice of examination zones, academic details, etc.

• Students have to then verify the provided information in the application form and click on the 'Submit' button.

Step 3: Uploading of Documents:

• Students need to upload scanned images of their recent Photograph, Signature and Thumb impression as per the given specifications.

• The Photograph should be taken on or after December 01, 2020. Background of the Photograph should be in a light colour.

• The student's face should capture at least half portion of the entire space of Photograph looking straight to the camera.

• The Photograph should match the appearance of the students. They also have to produce a copy of the same photograph at the time of examination.

Step 4: Payment of Application Fee:

• After successfully filling the application form, students have to pay the application fee.

• The payment of fees can be done in two ways: online and offline.

• In online mode, the application fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.

• In offline mode, the application fee can be paid through Allahabad E- Challan. Students have to take a print of the Challan and deposit the fee in cash at any branch of Allahabad Bank.

• The application fee is INR 500 + bank charges for general category students and INR 400 + bank charges for SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B catgeory students and once the fee is paid, it will not be refundable under any circumstances.

Step 5: Confirmation Page:

• After successful payment of fee, students are automatically directed to the option of downloading and printing of the confirmation page.

• The application form is not considered as complete until the confirmation page is generated.

• Students have to take a printout of the confirmation page for further admission rounds.

• The confirmation page cannot be re-generated at any later stage.

WB JECA Application Form Correction 2025

The WBJECA application form correction 2025 facility will be made available at wbjeeb.nic.in, from September 19 to 20, 2025. Students who wish to edit or correct any information in the submitted application form could do so before the deadline. However, it must be noted that the WB JECA 2025 applciation form correction window will be only for editing details. No new registration forms will be accepted during this time. Furthermore, students can only certain details, such as the candidate's age, category, address, exam centre etc. during the correction process.
