Filling up the WB JECA application form is the first step for candidates who wish to appear for the WB JECA 2025 entrance exam.To access the application form for WB JECA 2025, candidates had to sign in to the registration portal with their application number and password. The WB JECA application form 2025 will be open to students most probably in the first week of April, 2025 on the official website wbjeeb.nic.in. The last date for WB JECA 2024 registration will be notified. Before filling out the application form for WB JECA 2025 candidates were advised to check the WB JECA eligibility criteria 2025 for the exam. To apply online, candidates must provide their personal details, contact details, choose a password and enter the security PIN and submit. Applicants are also required to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature, submit the necessary documents and pay the required fees before the deadline.

The following steps must be followed while filling the application process:
Filling Up of Application Form:
In this step, candidates are required to fill their personal details in the application form such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Date of Birth, Mobile number and E-mail ID.
After that, candidates have to choose a Password and Security question and click on the 'Submit' button.
An application number/registration number is sent on the registered e-mail address.
Candidates have to remember the security question and password for future use. There is no way to recover the password if it is forgotten.
After this, candidates have to enter various details such as Nationality, Income category, Residential address, Choice of examination zones, academic details, etc.
Candidates have to then verify the provided information in the application form and click on the 'Submit' button.
Uploading of Documents:
Candidates need to upload scanned images of their recent Photograph, Signature and Thumb impression as per the given specifications.
The Photograph should be taken on or after December 01, 2020. Background of the Photograph should be in a light colour.
The candidate's face should capture at least half portion of the entire space of Photograph looking straight to the camera.
The Photograph should match the appearance of the candidates. They also have to produce a copy of the same photograph at the time of examination.

Payment of Application Fee:
After successfully filling the application form, candidates have to pay the application fee.
The payment of fees can be done in two ways: online and offline.
In online mode, the application fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.
In offline mode, the application fee can be paid through Allahabad E- Challan. Candidates have to take a print of the Challan and deposit the fee in cash at any branch of Allahabad Bank.
The application fee is INR 500 + bank charges for general category candidates and INR 400 + bank charges for SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B catgeory candidates and once the fee is paid, it will not be refundable under any circumstances.
Confirmation Page:
After successful payment of fee, candidates are automatically directed to the option of downloading and printing of the confirmation page.
The application form is not considered as complete until the confirmation page is generated.
Candidates have to take a printout of the confirmation page for further admission rounds.
The WBJECA application form correction 2025 facility will be made available at wbjeeb.nic.in, from May, 2025. Candidates who wish to edit or correct any information in the submitted application form could do so before the deadline. However, it must be noted that the WB JECA 2025 applciation form correction window will be only for editing details. No new registration forms will be accepted during this time. Furthermore, applicants can only certain details, such as the candidate's age, category, address, exam centre etc. during the correction process.
