NTA CUET UG 2025 Registration will begin in the first week of February 2025. It is anticipated that the CUET 2025 exam date will be released shortly. CUET UG 2025 will cover 23 domain courses, 13 languages, and a general aptitude test. The CUET 2025 exam will be administered in CBT mode in May and June 2025. Before applying online, candidates must confirm that they meet the criteria for CUET eligibility for the 2025–2026 academic year. The UGC Chairman has declared that CUET 2025 exam pattern has been revised. According to the most recent announcements, the CUET 2025 exam will now be administered in CBT mode and will last a consistent 60 minutes. A number of significant changes were made to the exam's length, the paper format, the domain subjects chosen, etc. The CUET 2025 question paper will be divided into three sections: the general test, domain subject, and Sections IA and IB. Students must select one of 25 domain subjects. Domain subjects are no longer required to be chosen using 10+2 streams. In addition to subject-related papers, test-takers must respond to questions from the language and general ability areas. Additionally, for dropped subjects, the weight of the general exam paper will be taken into account.
The CUET UG 2025 exam now covers 37 subjects instead of the previous 63 (13 languages, 23 CUET domain subjects, and general test). Six domain subjects (Entrepreneurship, Teaching Aptitude, Fashion Studies, Tourism, Legal Studies, and Engineering Graphics) and 20 foreign languages were eliminated.
