TS ICET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The TS ICET 2025 eligibility criteria are prescribed by the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). Before applying for the TS ICET 2025 entrance exam, it is a must for the candidates to check TS ICET eligibility 2025, as only the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply for the entrance exam. 

Candidates who are eligible can fill out the TS ICET application form before the registration deadline. The eligibility requirements for the TS ICET entail academic minimum qualifications, citizenship norms, an age requirement, and other factors.

TS ICET Eligibility Criteria 2025: Nationality and Domicile Requirements

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements before filling out the TS ICET registration form 2025:

  • It is mandatory for candidates to satisfy the national and domicile criteria to qualify to appear for TS ICET 2025.
  • The candidates should be Indian Nationals and must meet the requirements for the local and non-local status as required by the Higher Education Department of Telangana State.
  • Candidates other than Indian Nationals are however required to go through all nationality norms and satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned before applying for the exam.

TS ICET 2025 Age Criteria

Before taking the TS Integrated Common Entrance Test, you must be at least 18 years old. Though there is no upper age limit according to the TS ICET eligibility criteria, only applicants over the age of 19 are qualified to take the state or local level MBA/MCA admissions test. In other words, applicants born prior to April 3, 2004, are qualified to take the exam.

TS ICET 2025 Academic Qualification Highlights

  • Candidates aspiring to enroll in the MBA course must have passed a bachelor's degree of a minimum of three years duration (except Oriental Languages) with at least 50% marks. However, 45% aggregate marks at the qualifying examination will be considered for reserved category candidates (SC, ST, and BC).
  • Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification examination are also eligible to apply. However, they are preliminarily qualified.
  • Additionally, candidates who have completed the Degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. They are also preliminarily qualified.
  • Candidates possessing any degree obtained after a 3- or 4-year programme other than Oriental languages will be eligible for admission to the MBA course. However, a minimum qualifying score must be met (25% for General category candidates).
