TS ICET Counselling Process 2024

Based on their TS ICET rank, each and every TS ICET qualifying candidate will be assigned seats at the colleges of their choice through the TS ICET counselling process. The TS ICET counselling process is administered by the Department of Technical Education, TSCHE, and candidates must finish each step in order to be admitted as an MBA student.   • Release of TS ICET Counselling Notification: Following the announcement of the TS ICET results, the official TS ICET website will publish the TS ICET counselling notification, which will include all pertinent dates and the counselling schedule.

  • Counselling Registration: If you have met the necessary eligibility requirements for MBA admission through TS ICET and are qualified for the exam, you must register online for the TS ICET counselling process.

  • Payment of TS ICET Counseling Fee: At the time of counselling registration, the registration fees must be paid in order to finish the TS ICET counselling registration. The cost of the TS ICET counselling is INR 600 for SC/ST students and INR 1200 for applicants in the general category.

  • Document Verification: The certificate or document verification process must be finished at the designated helpline centre by registered candidates who have paid the counselling fees. Candidates must have their original documentation so that the appropriate authorities can review and validate it.

  • Exercising of Web Options: You will receive a login ID and password to access the TS ICET web options portal for TS ICET choice filling if you have successfully finished the certificate verification process. Through TS ICET, you must log in and select the colleges where you want to take MBA courses in order of preference.

  • TS ICET Seat Allotment: The authorities will take into account your preferences, your TS ICET rank, and the number of available seats when allocating seats after you have locked and submitted your TS ICET college preferences.

Eligibility Requirements for TS ICET Counselling 2024

Apart from the TS ICET qualifying cutoff requirements, and basic PG course eligibility requirements, you must also meet the TS ICET counselling eligibility criteria to be able to participate and secure admission through the TS ICET counselling process.   • You must be Indian nationals to apply for TS ICET counselling.
  • You should be a resident of the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
  • You must have completed a minimum of 3-year bachelor’s degree.
  • For MBA admissions through TS ICET counselling, the following qualifications are eligible:
    • Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Mathematics as a core subject at 10+2 or Graduation level
    • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)
    • Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
    • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
  • You should not be older than 30 (OC candidates) and 34 (Other candidates) as of July 1 of the previous academic year.
  • If you belong to the Minority category (Muslim/Christian), you would only be deemed eligible for counselling, and only for the open seats in minority universities, if you are unable to pass the TS ICET or have received 50% (OC applicants) and/or 45% (other category applicants) in your exams.
  • You must meet the minimum TS ICET passing marks or the qualifying cutoff.
  • Distance learning/open university degrees must be recognized by a Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC/DEB.
