  • The website, https://tsicet.nic.in, will be updated with the tentative First Phase seat allocation.
  • Enter the ROC Form Number, TSICET Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth in the Candidate Login field on https://tsicet.nic.in to get the candidate's Provisional Allotment Order.
  • Pay the tuition fee specified in the provisional seat allotment order using an online payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) within the specified timeframe, and self-report using the online system by logging in as a candidate to confirm the provisionally allotted seat. 
  • The applicants whose tuition fees are zero on the provisional allotment order must self-report by the deadline using the online system after logging in as a candidate, where they must also obtain an admission number to verify the provisionally allotted seat. 
  • When the tuition fee to be paid by the applicant is less than Rs. 5000 (SC/ST) and Rs. 10000 (Others), all candidates must pay a minimum of these amounts in addition to the tuition fee. After the final phase, the same will be repaid to the applicants who show up to the designated college. The same will be forfeited if the candidate failed to report to the designated college.
  • Parents and Applicants are recommended to pay tuition from their own bank accounts. If there are any refunds, the money will be transferred back into the original bank account from which the payment was made through online mode.
  • The provisionally allotted seat will be automatically revoked and the candidate will no longer be eligible to claim the stipulated tuition fee if they fail to pay it by the specified time frame.
  • The tuition fee paid earlier shall be taken into consideration for final seat allotment and will be subject to the following forfeiture conditions if the applicant cancels admission through online process after paying the tuition fee and exercising any options in the final phase.
  1. If the applicant cancels the provisionally assigned seat using the online system after paying the tuition fee, and before the cutoff date specified in the allotment order for cancellation in the first phase, the full tuition fee paid will be refunded.
  2. 50% after the last phase and before the cutoff date specified in the allocation order for cancellation, and 100% after that in respect of private unaided and university colleges.
