The TS ICET 2024 Seat Allotment provisional list for the first phase of counselling will be announced by the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) in the second week of September 2024. The first phase of the TS ICET counselling 2024 will begin on the first week of September 2024 on the official website, tsicet.nic.in. Students who will secure college allotments in the counselling phases can make admission fee payments and complete the self-reporting process on the website once the dates are announced by the relevant authorities. The most significant highlights pertaining to TS ICET 2024 seat allotment have been provided below:

  • The website, https://tsicet.nic.in, will be updated with the tentative First Phase seat allocation.
  • Enter the ROC Form Number, TSICET Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth in the Candidate Login field on https://tsicet.nic.in to get the candidate's Provisional Allotment Order.
  • Pay the tuition fee specified in the provisional seat allotment order using an online payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) within the specified timeframe, and self-report using the online system by logging in as a candidate to confirm the provisionally allotted seat. 
  • The applicants whose tuition fees are zero on the provisional allotment order must self-report by the deadline using the online system after logging in as a candidate, where they must also obtain an admission number to verify the provisionally allotted seat. 
  • When the tuition fee to be paid by the applicant is less than Rs. 5000 (SC/ST) and Rs. 10000 (Others), all candidates must pay a minimum of these amounts in addition to the tuition fee. After the final phase, the same will be repaid to the applicants who show up to the designated college. The same will be forfeited if the candidate failed to report to the designated college.
  • Parents and Applicants are recommended to pay tuition from their own bank accounts. If there are any refunds, the money will be transferred back into the original bank account from which the payment was made through online mode.
  • The provisionally allotted seat will be automatically revoked and the candidate will no longer be eligible to claim the stipulated tuition fee if they fail to pay it by the specified time frame.
  • The tuition fee paid earlier shall be taken into consideration for final seat allotment and will be subject to the following forfeiture conditions if the applicant cancels admission through online process after paying the tuition fee and exercising any options in the final phase.
  1. If the applicant cancels the provisionally assigned seat using the online system after paying the tuition fee, and before the cutoff date specified in the allotment order for cancellation in the first phase, the full tuition fee paid will be refunded.
  2. 50% after the last phase and before the cutoff date specified in the allocation order for cancellation, and 100% after that in respect of private unaided and university colleges.

The TS ICET 2024 Seat Allotment results will be declared after the counseling process and candidates must check the provisional allotment list on the official website for TSICET - tsicet.nic.in. The provisional allotment list provides candidates with information regarding the seat allocation for the TS ICET 2024 participating colleges along with the Name, Rank, Hall Ticket Number, Gender, Caste, Region, and Seat Category relevant to a candidate.

How to Download the TS ICET 2024 Seat Allotment Letter

These steps should be followed by the students who want to download the TS ICET 2024 seat allotment letter:

  • Students are needed to visit the official website of the entrance examination i.e TS ICET 2024.
  • They will have to login in order to access the seat allotment letter.
  • Students can do so by filling in certain personal credentials such as hall ticket number, date of birth, ROC form number, passwords, etc.
  • After logging in candidates will be able to download their respective seat allotment letters.
  • They are also advised to download the seat allotment letters for future reference.

What After TS ICET 2024 Seat Allotment

  • Payment of the fee is to be done if the candidates are to download their respective seat allotment letters. It is to be noted that no student will be able to download their seat allotment letter unless the payment of the fee is done. The payment can be done through e challan. The challan will be required during the further steps of the admission process.
  •  After the successful payment of the fee, candidates will be needed to download the TS ICET seat allotment letter. The allotment letter is generally in pdf format. Students should take printouts of their particular letters for future reference.
  • The next step for the candidates is to report to the allotted institutes. Verification of the necessary documents and payment of the course fee is to be done at the institutes. The candidates who fail to verify the documents will automatically lose their allotted seats.
  • The bank challan and the seat allotment letter should also be produced by the students at the time of need.

Candidates from all categories (OC/EWS/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY) are required to: 

  • Book their slots (Selection of Help Line Center, Date & Time) to attend certificate verification at their nearest or convenient Help Line Center (HLC) mentioned in Annexure-I within the scheduled dates and attend for the Certificate Verification accordingly.

Are minority candidates eligible for the fee reimbursement scheme under TS ICET 2024?

No, minority candidates are not eligible for the fee reimbursement scheme. After exhausting all of the qualified Minority candidates of TS ICET 2024, minority candidates (Muslim or Christian) who have not qualified or have not appeared in TS ICET 2024 and who have obtained 50% (for Unreserved) and 45% (for Reserved) aggregate marks in Degree or its equivalent examination will be considered for any remaining seats in the relevant minority colleges.
