Dear student,

In 2024, approximately 11,70,048 students appeared for JEE Mains 2024 Session 1 and 11,79,569 students registered for JEE Mains 2024 Session 2. Over 1,91,000 students applied for admission to approximately 17,385 seats across 23 IITs through JEE Advanced 2024. About 9,24,636 common candidates registered in both sessions (January/April) of the JEE Main 2024, out of which approximately48,248 candidates qualified for JEE Advanced 2024.

JEE Advanced 2025 is expected to pose intense competition. Of the total seats, 20% are reserved under the female-supernumerary quota. Hope this helps.

These are the following steps that can be taken as possible steps -

  • Correction Window: NTA usually opens a correction window for JEE Main application, allowing candidates to correct errors in specific fields. Check for any mistakes and correct them.
