The Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) oversees the administration of KMAT Karnataka 2024. Established in 2003, KPPGCA facilitates admissions to MBA, MCA, and PGDM programs in accredited and self-financing colleges across Karnataka. KMAT is officially recognized by the Karnataka government and was created to support professional and vocational courses, as well as to streamline the admission process for these postgraduate programs.

All postgraduate colleges in Karnataka that offer these courses are required to consider KMAT Karnataka scores for MCA, MBA, and PGDM admissions. However, it's important for candidates to understand that KMAT Karnataka scores alone may not guarantee admission to these postgraduate programs.
