IIT JAM Participating Institutes 2025
IIT JAM 2025 participating institutes have been released by IIT Delhi. IIT JAM 2025 official notification states that 21 IITs are the participating institutes of IIT JAM 2025 and will accept the results for postgraduate programme admission. The institutes like IIT Bhilai, Bhubaneswar, Bombay, Delhi, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jammu, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Mandi, Palakkad, Patna, Roorkee, Ropar, Tirupati, and IIT (BHU) Varanasi are the participating institutes of IIT JAM 2025. IISc Bengallur and CCMN (NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, and DIAT) are the result-sharing institutes of IIT JAM 2025.
Latest: IIT JAM 2025 certification of compensatory time/scribe assistance will be granted on December 30, 2024. Similarly, IIT JAM 2025 admit card will be announced by January 5, 2025 (tentatively).
Candidates who are planning to take IIT JAM 2025 exam must be aware of the list of colleges accepting IIT JAM 2025 scores. Candidates who qualify IIT JAM 2025 paper will have to apply in IIT JAM 2025 participating institutes. JAM 2025 score is accepted by these IIT JAM 2025 participating colleges to provide MSc admission. There are around 3000 seats for the MSc programme at 21 IITs for the academic year 2025-26 available for the candidates. However, other than IITs there are around 30 more colleges in India such as NITs, CFTIs, IISER, etc that are IIT JAM participating institutes 2025 via CCMN 2025.
To become eligible for admission in any of IIT JAM participating institutes 2025, candidates will be required to qualify IIT JAM examination. A total of 21 IITs, 1 IISC and 17 CFTIs (15 NITs, IIEST Shibpur and SLIET Punjab) colleges accepting IIT JAM 2025 scores for M.Sc admissions. After the announcement of IIT JAM Result and IIT JAM cutoff 2025 list, separate counselling is conducted for IIT JAM 2025 participating institutes. However, for admission in CFTIs – NITs, IISERs, IIEST Shibpur and SLIET Punjab, centralised counselling is held for M.Sc/ M.Sc (Tech) Admissions (CCMN).
