AP ICET 2023 Exam Analysis | - In Analytical Ability, a significant number of questions were asked from Venn Diagrams and Graph interpretation. 75 questions were asked from this section which ranged from easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level.
- In Mathematical Ability, a maximum number of questions were asked from Profit & Loss, Ratios and Proportions, Number System, Time & Work, Equations, Numbers, Mensuration, and Geometry. 55 questions were asked from this section which were easy to answer.
- In Communication Ability, questions were mostly from Vocabulary, Functional Grammar, Business Context, Business and Computer Terminology, and Reading Comprehension. 70 questions were asked from this section which were easy to answer.

AP ICET 2021 Exam Analysis | - The overall difficulty level ranged from Moderate to Difficult.
- Topics asked from Analytical Ability included Pie charts, Coding and Decoding problems, Seating Arrangement, and Bar Diagrams. Questions were moderately difficult.
- Topics asked from Mathematical Ability included Progression, Probability, Simple and Quadratic Equations, Time & Work, Profit & Loss, Algebra, Derivatives, Matrices & Determinants, Sets, Functions, Binomial & Remainder Theorem, Trigonometry, Geometry, Limits, and Relations.
- The Communication Ability section was lengthy and included Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary.

AP ICET 2020 Exam Analysis | - Mathematical Ability was the most difficult part of the exam. Maximum questions were asked from Time and Work, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportions,Trigonometry, Binominal Theorem, Matrices and Determinants, Number System, Geometry etc.
- Analytical Ability and Mathematical Ability had a lot of tricky questions.
- Analytical Ability questions were moderately difficult to answer and covered a wide range of topics such as arrangements, charts and graphs, bar diagram, pie chart, seating arrangement, coding, and decoding problems. A total of 75 questions were asked from this section which were divided into two parts: data sufficiency and problem-solving.
- The difficulty level of the Communication Ability section was moderate. It was not difficult for the students to solve the questions. Questions were asked from Grammar, Vocabulary, and Comprehension.

AP ICET 2019 Exam Analysis | - No change was observed in the AP ICET exam pattern and the marking scheme for the year 2019. The pattern of the exam and the marking scheme was identical to AP ICET 2018.
- Candidates were required to answer 200 questions in 150 minutes. There were three sections in the AP ICET 2019 question paper. 75 questions were asked from Analytical Ability, 75 questions were asked in the Mathematics section, and 50 questions were asked from the Communication Ability section.
- No negative marking was there for wrong answers.
- Questions were presented in a jumbled manner within the sections i.e. questions of one particular area of the exam were not given together at one place or under one section. The same exam format was followed for the AP ICET exam conducted in the year 2018 as well.
- Maximum questions in the Analytical Ability section were asked from Numbers, Simple Equations, Plane Geometry, Inequalities, Averages, Quadratic Equation, Modulus, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Blood Relations, Ranking, Direction Sense, Number & Letter Series, Coding & Decoding, Clocks and Calendar, Seating Arrangement, Venn Diagrams, etc.
- From Mathematical Ability, maximum questions were asked from Indices and Surds, Equations, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Profit & Loss; Partnership, Co-ordinate Geo, Trigonometry, Matrices and Determinants, Statistics, Probability, Quadratic Equations, Sets, Relations, Functions.
- Questions on Computer terminology were based on Modem, Metadata, e-waste, Motherboard, Cybersquatting, Crowd sourcing, Dumb Terminal etc. The difficulty level of the questions ranged from easy to moderate.
