Candidates can check the AP ICET results 2025 by following the steps given below:

• Visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, which is cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

• On the homepage, you'll find a link that will take you to the results page for AP ICET 2025. Click on that link to access the results page.

• Once you're on the results page, enter your Registration Number and ICET Hall Ticket number in the appropriate fields.

• After entering the details, click on the 'View Result' tab to view your AP ICET 2025 scorecard. The scorecard will display your overall score, sectional score, and percentile rank.

After the AP ICET Results 2025 are declared and the cutoffs are released by participating institutes, shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in the AP ICET Counselling 2025. To begin with, candidates must register for the counselling round by visiting the official website at icet-sche.aptonline. The counselling fee for General category candidates is INR 1200, while for Reserved category candidates, it is INR 600. Subsequently, the certificates uploaded by the candidates will be verified. Once the provisional allotment list is released by participating institutes, the counselling process for AP ICET 2025 will begin in online mode. AP ICET 2025 Normalization of Scores

AP ICET 2025 will be conducted in two sessions based on the same syllabus and exam pattern for candidates having the same eligibility criteria. A candidate was eligible to appear only in one session. Since the question paper was different for each session, there is a possibility that the candidates compare themselves about the variation in the difficulty level of questions. However, it may be noted that utmost care is taken so that all the papers are of the same standard. Further, it is decided to adopt the AP ICET 2025 normalization process to eliminate any such variations in the difficulty level of various sessions.

The normalization committee has deliberated extensively and decided to use the following AP ICET 2025 normalization process:

• SMS: (Average + Standard Deviation) of the session in which the candidate belongs to

• GMS: (Average + Standard Deviation) of all the candidates across all sessions together

• Top Average Session: Average marks of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the session in which the candidate belongs to

• Top Average Global: Average marks of the top 0.1% of all the candidates across all sessions together

Note:For the candidates for whom there is no qualifying cutoff in APICET 2025, if the marks in AP ICET 2025 after normalization go below zero (negative), the total marks are treated as zero and the ranks are assigned based on those marks. If the tie persists, then AP ICET 2025 normalization marks will be considered for breaking the tie.

Tie Breaking Criteria for AP ICET 2025 Results

During the preparation of the AP ICET merit list, if more than one student scores the same marks at APICET, the tie will be resolved by the following method:

• The candidate with the higher marks in Section A of the AP ICET question paper will receive the higher rank.

• If there is a tie, marks obtained by a student in Section B will be taken into consideration.

• If the tie persists, the tie will be resolved by taking into account the age of the candidate. The older candidate will be awarded the higher rank. 

Re-evaluation for AP ICET Results 2025

If any details on the AP ICET Results/Rank Card are wrong or missing, candidates have the privilege to apply for re-evaluation of their results by paying a fee of INR 1000. In the case of any such discrepancies, candidates must contact the officials as soon as possible. The candidates must submit the application and fee within 15 days of the declaration of the AP ICET results 2025. Candidates must submit the fee as a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Convener, APICET – 2025, payable at Sri Krishnadevaraya University on any nationalized Bank.
