AP ICET counselling 2024 is over now! The seat allotment was released on September 17, 2024. Candidates who were allotted seats had to self-report and report to the designated colleges between September 17 and 21, 2024. The web options for Phase 2 counselling were available from September 9 to 14, 2024. Change of web options could be done on September 15, 2024. AP ICET 2024 counselling Phase 1 was conducted between July 26 andAugust 27, 2024.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education conducts the AP ICET 2024 counselling to select AP ICET 2024 qualified candidates for admission to MBA/ MCA courses in MBA colleges in Andhra Pradesh. To register for the AP ICET counseling process 2024, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Payment of Processing Fee

Candidates appearing for the AP ICET 2024 counselling process must pay the processing fee before the certificate verification. The payment can be made online using debit or credit cards or net banking. Candidates are required to make this payment. How to Pay AP ICET Processing Fee 2024

All candidates must note that they are required to pay the processing fee for AP ICET 2024 through online mode using debit/credit cards or net banking. To make an online payment, candidates can follow the steps provided below:

• Visit the official website of AP ICET 2024 and click on the link that displays the ‘processing fee payment online’ tab.

Re-uploading Documents/Information

Candidates who have applied for AP ICET and need to modify or re-upload any information can do so during the counselling process. It's essential to make these modifications under the supervision of the Verification Officer. Please refer to the guidelines below for important information on re-uploading documents or information.

• The Verification Officer’s service in the Verification Officer login window will have the following major features.
  • To View the Uploaded certificate
  • To ask for the re-uploading certificate
  • To Approve/Reject the certificate
• Officers must provide their remarks to be displayed in the candidate login if the re-upload or reject option is chosen. They must also agree to only permit the re-upload of certificates from the candidate login only once.
• Candidates must make sure they correct any mistakes and re-upload any document that may have discrepancies at this stage because they will not be allowed to re-upload documents or change any information after this stage.
• Additionally, the verification officer is not permitted to request a second upload of the certificate. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that candidates check the necessary documents and information before submitting the same.
• The certificates and documents will be rejected by VO without being requested to be uploaded a second time if the candidate fails to produce or upload the proper documentation.
• The candidate must go to the Certificate Re-Upload option and upload the certificate as shown below if the Verification Officer requests that it be uploaded again.

Step 2: Registration for Document Verification

All shortlisted candidates are required to undergo document verification at the designated help centre. To initiate the process, candidates must register at the helpline centre. Upon arrival, candidates will be directed to the registration counter to fill out a registration form. The completed form will be submitted at the counter.

Following registration, candidates must wait for their names to be called. Once called, candidates proceed to the verification counter, where they must present their original certificates to authorized personnel. The original certificates are inspected in the candidates' presence and promptly returned to them.

Documents Required for AP ICET 2024 Certificate Verification

In this step of the AP ICET counselling process, candidates are required to produce the below-mentioned certificates/documents (in original) along with two sets of photocopies at the designated help centres:

Step 3: Exercising Options

Candidates who have completed document verification can now participate in the counselling by exercising AP ICET web options. This web-based process can be completed from anywhere with an internet connection and a computer or laptop.

Since there are a lot of choices in front of the candidate when entering preferences, it can get a bit confusing to decide and choose from the long list of colleges immediately. AP ICET 2024 seat allotment is based on the candidate's preference and the colleges' availability. Any applicable reservations are also considered. The login ID is sent to the candidate using their registered mobile number. Candidates must enter their Login ID, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth and sign in to the portal. How to Check AP ICET Seat Allotment Result

To check the AP ICET seat allotment result, you can follow these general steps. 

1. Go to the official AP ICET website. This is where you'll find the latest updates, notifications, and information related to the seat allotment process.

2. Look for a link or section related to seat allotment results. You will need to log in to your account using your credentials, which you would have created during the registration process.

3. Once you're logged in, you might need to provide your AP ICET hall ticket number, registration number, and other required details to access your seat allotment result.

4. After entering the necessary information, you should be able to see your seat allotment status. This will indicate the college and course you have been allotted.

Eligibility Criteria for AP ICET 2024 Seat Allotment Process

The candidates who’ve been shortlisted for the counseling will be required to meet the eligibility criteria for MBA admission to be called for the AP ICET 2024 seat allotment procedure. The basic eligibility criteria for MBA admission include the following:

• SC/ST category candidates will have to score at least 45% aggregate in degree and AP ICET 2024 to qualify for the AP ICET 2024 counselling process.

In case candidates wish to withdraw or cancel their seat which has been allotted to them at the end of the AP ICET 2024 counselling process, then, they need to approach the Convener in person or by registered post and have to submit few documents that have been listed below before a stipulated date:

• Request letter for cancellation of the allotted seat by the candidate.

AP ICET Counselling 2024 Spot Admissions

Spot admissions in AP ICET refer to the process of filling vacant seats in MBA and MCA courses after the regular counseling rounds have been completed. During the spot admissions, the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts an additional round of counseling to allocate the remaining seats in various colleges.
