JAC Class 10 Social Science Exam Pattern 2024-25 : The theory paper will be conducted for 80 marks, and the internal assessment will be of 20 marks. The class 10 social science question paper will be divided into four sections for 20 marks each. It will consist of questions from History, Civics, Economics, and Geography. There will be two different question papers of 40 marks each, and the duration of each paper will be 1 and a half hour. Paper one will have 40 MCQs of 1 mark each. Paper two will have a total of 19 questions of 2, 3 and 5 marks. Students are advised to complete their JAC Class 10 Social Science Syllabus 2024-25 on time for an effective revision.

JAC Class 10 Exam Pattern 2024-25 for internal assessment provides information about the distribution of marks. In social science a total of 20 marks are allocated for internal assessment. Students can refer to the exam pattern regarding the same from the table given below.

JAC Class 10 Social Science Question Paper Pattern 2024-25
Students must have detailed information about the structure of the question paper so that they can score good marks in the exam accordingly:
- In social science, students are required to attempt two different question papers.
- Each question paper will have a weightage of 40 marks.
- The duration of each paper will be one and a half hours.
- Paper one will have 40 MCQs to be answered by the students without any internal choices.
- Paper two will have a total of 19 questions.
- Question numbers 1 to 7 are very short answer-type questions. Students are only required to answer any five questions. Each question carries 2 marks.
- Question numbers 8 to 14 are short answer-type questions. Students are only required to answer any five questions. Each question carries 3 marks.
- Question numbers 15 to 19 are long answer-type questions. Students are only required to answer any three questions. Each question carries 5 marks.
