About UP Board 10th Exam Pattern 2024-25
Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has released the latest curriculum for the students to download from the official website at upmsp.edu.in. A total of 100 marks are allotted for every subject included in the curriculum which are divided into theory and practical marks. Most of the theory exams are conducted for 70 marks and 30 marks are provided for the practical exam. Students are required to get 33% marks in both theory and practical exams to be considered a “Pass”. The question paper will include MCQs as well as objective-type questions divided evenly throughout the paper. Students can now download the updated UP Board Class 10 Syllabus 2024-25 from the official website of UPMSP to kick-start the preparations.

UP Board 10th Exam Pattern 2024-25
UP Board 10th Exam Pattern 2024-25 can be understood in detail through the points mentioned below:
- The exam will be conducted in the offline mode (pen and paper).
- The subjects that are included in UP Board 10th Exam Pattern 2024-25 are Hindi, English Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Additional Subjects.
- The exam will be conducted for a total of 3 hours duration.
- The question papers will be divided into two parts.
- The first part will consist of 30% multiple choice questions which the candidates will have to attempt on an OMR sheet. The next part will consist of 70% descriptive questions which the candidates will have to attempt on an answer sheet.
- The overall marks as per UP Board 10th Exam Pattern 2024-25 will be 100 marks (80 marks for theory paper and 20 marks for internal assessment).
- The exam will consist of different types of questions such as Multiple choice, very short, short, and long answer questions.
- There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
