The Punjab Board of Secondary Education is expected to conduct the class 12th exams in February 2025. Students can prepare for the exams by completing the

Punjab PSEB Class 12 Previous Year Question Paper: Marking Scheme
Students who are preparing for the Punjab Class 12 exam must be aware of the exam pattern & marking scheme which will help them understand the nature of the questions in the exam.
- Each paper will be for a total of 50 marks.
- To pass a subject, the students need to score a minimum of 35% aggregate.
- The duration of each examination is 2 hours 45 minutes.
- There will be four essay questions in each question will carry five marks (4×5=20),
- There will be eight short answer questions where each question will be of two marks (8×2=16),
- There will be eight very short answer questions and each question will be of 1 mark (8×1=8).
- There will be 12 brief answer questions and each question will be of 1/2 marks (12×1/2=6).

PSEB Class 12 Previous Year Question Paper: Preparation Tips
When going to appear for the Punjab Class 12 board exams, students must follow the tips that can help students to prepare and perform better in the board exams.
- Students must complete the entire syllabus in advance so that there is sufficient time for the revision.
- They can prepare a study timetable that includes time for each of the subjects. They can set daily targets to complete the syllabus. If something is left, they can complete the topic the very next day.
- Once the syllabus is complete, students can start solving the previous year's question papers. This introduces students to the types of questions and marks allotted to them. The regular practice helps students to complete the questions in time.
