Punjab PSEB Class 12 Previous Year Question Paper: Marking Scheme
Students who are preparing for the Punjab Class 12 exam must be aware of the exam pattern & marking scheme which will help them understand the nature of the questions in the exam.
- Each paper will be for a total of 50 marks.
- To pass a subject, the students need to score a minimum of 35% aggregate.
- The duration of each examination is 2 hours 45 minutes.
- There will be four essay questions in each question will carry five marks (4×5=20),
- There will be eight short answer questions where each question will be of two marks (8×2=16),
- There will be eight very short answer questions and each question will be of 1 mark (8×1=8).
- There will be 12 brief answer questions and each question will be of 1/2 marks (12×1/2=6).
