There will be a total of seven subjects that students must appear in for the exam, which will be conducted offline. These subjects are grouped into three sections under the ICSE 10th Exam Pattern 2025 :
- Group I consists of four required subjects.
- There will be 2 optional subjects for Group II.
- Group III will provide one elective subject.

CISCE has now uploaded the official copies of the ICSE Class 10 Previous Year Question Papers PDF on their website. You can follow the simple procedure given below to download the question papers and revise for the exams accordingly:
- Step 1: Go to the official website of CISCE at cisce.org
- Step 2: On the homepage, you have to click on the option called Examinations present on the menu bar.
- Step 3: From the drop-down menu, click on the ICSE examination.
- Step 4: Scroll down and click on the Previous Years Question Papers option.
