About Tamil Nadu Class 10 Exam Pattern 2024-25

DGE Tamil Nadu will release the latest exam pattern on its official website. There are a total of 5 main subjects included in the curriculum and one optional subject is available for students who want to take one extra subject. 100 marks are provided for each subject included in the curriculum however for language subjects there will be two different papers conducted. The minimum passing marks required for the students are 35% out of the total hundred. For the Science subject consisting of theory and practical examination, the minimum mark for a pass is 20 marks out of 75 in Theory and 15 marks out of 25 in Practical. Tamil Nadu Class 10 Blueprint 2024-25

Students have to choose six subjects for the Tamil Nadu SSLC Exam 2025. Tamil, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Optional Language are the few subjects included in the curriculum. Tamil Nadu Class 10 Passing Marks 2025

A minimum number of marks is required by the students for each subject to be eligible for the passing certificate. Check out the passing eligibility from the pointers given below:

• Students must secure a minimum of 35 marks out of 100 in each subject.
• For the subjects consisting of theory and practical examinations, the minimum mark for a pass is 20 marks out of 75 in Theory and 15 marks out of 25 in Practical.
• The marks secured in the optional subject will not be taken into account for the declaration of a Pass.
