Odisha CHSE Exam Pattern 2024-25 reflects the question paper format for class 12th students. For subjects having a practical component, the theory paper will be conducted for 70 marks and the practical exam will be conducted for 30 marks. For subjects with projects, the theory paper will be conducted for 80 marks and 20 marks will be allotted for the project. For vocational subjects, the theory paper will be conducted for 50 marks and 50 marks will be allotted for the practical exam. To pass the theory paper, students need to score more than 24 marks out of 80. Students are required to obtain at least 30% marks separately in both theory and practical/project to pass.

Odisha CHSE Exam Pattern 2024-25
- 100 marks are provided for every subject included in the curriculum.
- For subjects with a practical component, the theory paper will be conducted for 70 marks and 30 marks will be provided for the practical exam.
- For subjects with a project component, the theory paper will be conducted for 80 marks and 20 marks will be provided for the project.
- For vocational subjects, the theory and practical paper both will be conducted for 50 marks each.
- For the vocational trade subject, 40 marks will be provided for the theory exams and 60 marks will be provided for the practical exam.
- Internal (20/10 marks) have been introduced from the Annual H.S. Examination, 2025 for the regular students registered from the year 2023 in the Non-Practical /Non-Project subjects.
- Students are required to score 30% marks separately in both theory and practical / project to be eligible for the passing certificate.
