About Maharashtra SSC Exam Pattern 2024-25
There are a total of 6 subjects included in the curriculum of the Maharashtra SSC Board. These subjects include Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English and two other language subjects. Students can choose the language subjects according to their interests. A total of 100 marks are provided for every subject. These marks will be divided into theory and practical papers. The question paper will consist of MCQs, short answer type questions, and long answer type questions. Internal choices will be available in the subjective-type questions. Students are required to score 33% marks total in every subject to be considered eligible for the passing certificate. The question paper will be available in English as well as Marathi or Hindi according to the medium chosen by the student. Maharashtra SSC Blueprint 2024-25
The students need to be completely aware of the Maharashtra 10th Exam Pattern 2024-25 which will not only help them prepare well for the exam but also score higher marks. After checking the exam pattern students may start solving sample papers so that they can get a brief about the exam pattern.
- The exam will be conducted in the offline mode (pen and paper).
- The students will have to appear for 6 compulsory subjects in the exam which includes English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and two optional language subjects.
- The students can choose any two optional subjects as per their choice of subjects.
- The duration of the board exam will be 3 hours for each subject.
- There will be two parts of the Maharashtra 10th Exam Pattern 2024-25, internal assessment and the final exam. 20% of marks will be awarded for internal assessment and the remaining 80% of marks will be awarded for the final exam.
- The final result will be calculated by adding both scores.
- The overall marks as per Maharashtra 10th Exam Pattern 2024-25 will be 100 marks.
- Maharashtra 10th exam will consist of different types of questions such as Multiple choice, very short, short, and long answer questions.
- There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Maharashtra SSC Grading System 2024-25
In Maharashtra SSC, grades will be provided to the candidates based on marks obtained in the board exam following a 9-point grading system. Grades will be awarded in each scholastic subject. For awarding the grades, the board will put all the passed students in rank order and will award the grades as follows:
