AP SSC Passing Marks 2025:
Students are required to achieve at least 35% marks, which is, a 'D2' grade in all the subjects to pass the BSEAP 10th examinations. The students must pass the practicals, and theory exams separately. Moreover, an aggregate mark of 35% is mandatory to qualify for the exam. The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) prescribed the AP 10th passing marks for theory and practical examinations. will tentatively be released in the first week of May 2025.
As per the AP SSC passing criteria, students must score 28 out of 80 marks paper, 25 out of 70 marks paper, and 18 out of 50 marks paper. In the practical exams, students need to secure at least 7 marks out of 20. Students will be awarded grades ranging from A to E according to the GPA System. Students obtaining 75% and above marks will pass with a distinction grade. Those securing between 60% to 74% will be awarded a First Division, and students who get between 45% to 59% marks will pass with a Second Division. For other subjects that have different marking schemes, the passing marks based on the total marks are as follows:
- Out of 80 Marks AP 10th Passing Marks are 28 Marks
- Out of 70 Marks AP 10th Passing Marks are 25 Marks
- Out of 50 Marks AP 10th Passing Marks are 18 Marks
- Out of 40 Marks AP 10th Passing Marks are 14 Marks
- Out of 30 Marks AP 10th Passing Marks are 10 Marks

- Students must secure the minimum passing marks in AP SSC theory and practicals/internal assessment separately, aggregate will not be counted.

AP SSC Grace Marks 2025
The AP Board has not made any official declaration regarding the condonation of marks to help the student pass if they fall short of 2 to 3 marks from the AP SSC passing marks 2025. However, by following the trend of the previous year, it can be anticipated that the board may give 2 to 3 marks unofficially following the subject and the circumstances. However, students can not take advantage of these marks as they can not ask for them.
AP SSC Preparation Tips 2025
Students appearing for the AP SSC exam 2025 must have a few shrewd and calculated tactics to improve their scores. Here are some of the useful tips to ace the AP Board SSC exam preparation.
- Students are advised to keep themselves up to date with the latest syllabus and the exam pattern.
- Students must create separate notebooks for every subject right away to note down all the key points. This will help them revise the important concepts before the exam.
- Practice solving the previous year's question papers and model papers of the exams to accelerate exam preparation. This will help one to monitor his/ her preparation.

Students must score at least 35 marks out of a hundred on every subject and the aggregate total of the students must be more than 33% for the students to be eligible for the passing certificate.
