After the form is submitted, the revaluation process will begin, and the updated results will be available online. Follow these steps to fill out the CGBSE application form 2025:

• Click on the "CGBSE Revaluation 2025" link on the homepage.
• The CGBSE rechecking page will appear on your screen.
• Enter your roll number and begin filling out the application form.

How is the CGBSE Class 12 Revaluation Process 2025 Conducted?

The CGBSE board has outlined specific guidelines for the recalculation and re-evaluation of answer sheets. Key details of the process are as follows:

• The revaluation fee is Rs 100 per subject, while the revision fee is Rs 500 per subject.
• To receive a photocopy of the answer sheet, candidates must pay Rs 500 per subject.
• Candidates can apply for either revaluation, rechecking, or both, but only one or two processes can be selected.
• The application for revaluation and rechecking must be submitted online via the official CGBSE website.
• Candidates from districts like Bijapur, Jagdalpur, Dantweda, Kanker, Kondagaon, Narayanpur, Sukma, Balrampur, and Manipur Mohal are eligible for a 50% fee exemption for revaluation.
• Candidates applying for a photocopy of their answer sheet will not be given an additional 15 days for revaluation applications. The revaluation request must be made within 15 days of receiving the answer script.
• The answer scripts will be sent to candidates. There will be no separate time for revaluation applications; they must apply immediately after receiving the photocopy.
• During the revaluation, the answer sheet will be assessed by two evaluators. Marks will only be increased if the average increase is 10% or more of the original marks.
• No marks will be deducted in the revaluation process. If the marks decrease, candidates will retain their previous scores.
• In the rechecking process, no change in marks will be accepted, whether the score increases or decreases.
• Fees paid for rechecking or revaluation are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• A revised mark sheet will be uploaded once all the revaluation and rechecking processes are completed.

Important Pointers for CGBSE Class 12 Rechecking 2025

Students dissatisfied with their Chhattisgarh Board results in 2024 had the opportunity to apply for revaluation and retotaling within 15 days of result declaration.

• Revaluation Process :

  • The answer book is evaluated by two assessors.
  • If the average marks of both evaluators increase by 10% or more compared to the original marks, the increase is accepted.
  • If marks decrease, the previous marks remain unchanged.

• Retotaling :

  • Both increases and decreases in marks will be accepted.
  • Even a one-mark change is considered.

• Revaluation for Failed Candidates :

  • If no change in the result occurs, even if an increase of 10% or more marks is observed, the increased marks are not accepted.
  • No new marksheet will be issued in such cases.

• Issuance of Revised Marksheet :

  • A revised marksheet will be issued if there is an increase or decrease in marks after revaluation.
  • The revised marksheet will be sent to the respective school for regular candidates or to the forwarding institution for self-study candidates.
  • Students can collect the revised marksheet from their institution by submitting the original marksheet. The revised marksheet will be signed by the principal.

Once the CGBSE rechecking process for 2025 is completed, the CG board will publish the rechecking results on its official website. Candidates must log in with their credentials to access the results and download them in PDF format for future reference.
