ISC 12th Improvement Exam Date 2025: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is likely to release the ISC class 12 improvement exam date sheet 2025 in June 2025. The ISC 12th improvement exams will be held between the first week of July and the second week of July 2025 in pen and paper format. Students will be given extra 15 minutes to read the question paper. The question paper will be given students at 10:45 am/ 1:45 pm respectively for Class 12. The ISC Class 12 improvement exams 2025 will be conducted from 2 pm to 4 pm for most of the subjects. From 2025 onwards, the council has discontinued ISC class 12 compartment exam. The ISC 12th result 2025 will be released in May 2025 tentatively. Students who want to improve their scores in the ISC 12th Result 2025 can apply for improvement exams according to the deadline mentioned by the authorities in the official notification.

According to the changes adopted by CISCE, students are allowed to appear for improvement exams for a total of two subjects. CISEC has canceled the compartment exam system so students are not allowed to appear for compartment exams instead they can appear for the improvement exams. CISCE has also presented an option of re-evaluation of the answerscripts. Students who feel that they deserve more marks can apply for revaluation. The revaluation window was opened from 6 to 10th May 2025 according to the information released by CISCE. Who Can Appear for the ISC Class 12 Improvement Exam 2025?

Students who wish to improve their marks or grades in the same year can apply for the improvement exams. All the students who appeared for the main examinations are eligible to apply for improvement exams. Candidates who were absent in the main exams are not eligible to appear for the improvement exams. Candidates are allowed to only appear in a total of two subjects. The school authorities can register the students for improvement exams online through the career portal of CISCE. The exam with the higher marks will be considered for the final result for example if a student has got higher marks in the main result then the main result will be considered to make the statement of marks rather than the improvement result.

ISC 12th Improvement Exam Fee 2025

There is a certain amount of application fees that the students need to pay so that they can successfully appear for the improvement exam such as:

• INR 500 for every subject except English
• INR 1000 for English

ISC 12th Improvement Exam Admit Card 2025

ISC class 12 improvement exam admit card is expected to be released in the last week of June 2025. The admit cards will be provided on the official website that the school authorities can only download. Students are required to collect their ISC improvement exam admit cards from their respective schools.

Below are the simple steps for the school authorities to download the ISC class 12 improvement exams admit card 2025:

• Step 1: Go to the official website of CISCE at cisce.org .
• Step 2: Find the Notice Board section on the home page.
• Step 3: There, find out the notification called ‘Information Regarding ISC Improvement Exam 2025 Admit Card Download’ and click on it.
• Step 4: Now, provide the registration number or roll number of the candidate.
• Step 5: The improvement admit card will be displayed on the screen.

ISC Class 12 Result Re-Checking 2025

The rechecking of the subject grade will be done on request. It can only be done online by the School Head. After the declaration of the result, the rechecking request can be submitted within 4 days. Students will have to pay a fee of Rs.1000 per subject. In the rechecking, the following points will be considered:

• If all answers are marked
• Continuation sheets are attached to the answer script
• If there is a mistake in totaling marks in each subject and transferring marks correctly on the first page

ISC Class 12 Result Re-evaluation 2025

The students who are not satisfied with the rechecking result will be able to apply for re-evaluation of the answer scripts. The request for re-evaluation can be made only within 24 hours after the release of notification. For re-evaluation, students will have to pay a fee of Rs. 1500 per subject. The result of the re-evaluation will be announced within three weeks. Students will be able to check the results on the official website. Moreover, the re-evaluation of the answer scripts will be done by a qualified professional hired by the Chief Executive and Secretary of CISCE. After the completion of this process, the marks obtained by students will be considered final.
