ISC Class 12 English Exam Pattern 2024-25 introduces students to various questions along with the marking scheme. The English subject is divided into two parts - English Language and English Literature. There will be separate exams for both of them. Each of the exam papers will be of 80 marks. The remaining 20 marks will be reserved for internal assessment. The English Literature exam will be divided into two sections - A and B. Students will have to attempt all questions. Section A will include questions worth 20 marks. Section B will include questions worth 60 marks. The question will be related to prose, poetry, and Macbeth. To prepare for the exam, students should first complete the ISC Class 12 English Syllabus 2024-25 .
In the English Language exam, students will have to answer all 4 questions. Internal choices will be available in the question paper. The students are suggested to attempt the first question in 45 minutes, the second question in 55 minutes, the third question in 55 minutes, and the fourth question in 50 minutes.
