. The Council introduced the changes in the question paper pattern in alignment with NEP 2020. The ISC Class 12 Physical Education exam 2025 will be held for 100 marks, out of which 70 marks will be for the theory paper, and 30 marks will allotted for the internal assessment. The ISC Class 12 Physical Education syllabus 2024-25 is bifurcated into two sections, Section A and Section B. Section A comprises 6 units while Section B consists of a list of games from where any two of the following games are to be studied. The ISC 12th Physical Education is divided into two parts, where students must answer 5 questions out of 7 carrying 8 marks each. Section B will include questions related to the games. The maximum exam duration will be 3 hours for the theory paper and 1 hour for the project work. The ISC Class 12 exam 2025 will be conducted between February and April 2025. ISC Class 12 Physical Education Exam Pattern 2024-25
There will be two papers in ISC Class 12 Physical Education syllabus - Paper I which is the Theory paper will be conducted for 3 hours. And, Paper II which is Practical Work will carry 30 marks. The ISC Class 12 Physical Education Theory Exam 2025 will be conducted for a total of 70 marks. The latest ISC Class 12 Physical Education Blueprint 2024-25 for the theory paper is as follows:
Section A

ISC Class 12 Physical Education Practical Blueprint 2024-25
The ISC Class 12 Physical Education internal assessment will be conducted by the schools. It is important to note that the internal assessment question papers will not be set by CISCE. The evaluation criteria and scheme for the ISC Class 12 Physical Education practical work have been tabulated below:
The Practical Work will be evaluated in two parts as follows:

1. Continuous Evaluation (by the Teacher): 10 Marks
Continuous evaluation will be done by the teacher(s) responsible for preparing the candidate for the examination, in two of the following games and activities of the candidate’s choice:
Athletics, Cricket, Hockey, Football, Volleyball, Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, Swimming, Dancing, Gymnastics, Yoga.
Continuous Evaluation will include the following:

| B. | Participation and performance of the candidate, throughout the year, in at least any two games/activities of his/her choice. | 3 marks |

2. Practical Evaluation (by the Visiting Examiner): 20 Marks
Practical evaluation will be conducted by the Visiting Examiner in the presence of the teacher. The evaluation will consist of the following:

ISC Class 12 Physical Education Question Paper Pattern 2024-25
The ISC Class 12 Physical Education question paper will consist of a total of 21 questions including MCQs, short answer type, and long answer type questions. The ISC Class 12 Physical Education Question Paper will have three sections, Section A, Section B, and Section C. All questions will be compulsory. However, there will be internal choices in Section B, and Section C.
