JKBOSE 12th Class Grading System 2025: The Jammu Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has set a seven-point grading system to award students with the deserving grades. The students scoring above 75% and above marks will be provided with grade “A”. The students should secure at least an “E” grade to pass the exam. The students scoring below 33% marks will have to attempt the exam again. Among all the grades, the lowest grade is “G” provided to students scoring below 15% marks.

According to the marks scored by students, there are different grades provided to them. The students can understand the grading system and know the grades they can achieve as per the marks scored by them. JKBOSE 12th Board 2025 passing marks vary subject-wise. Students need to obtain at least 33% marks in General English and at least 36% marks in each of the four subjects opted by students. JKBOSE 12th Class Grading System 2025: Re-evaluation Process

Students can apply for the JKBOSE 12th Result 2025 re-evaluation if they are not satisfied with their marks scored in the JKBOSE 12th exam 2025. After the declaration of JKBOSE 12th Result 2025, the board will begin with the registration process of re-evaluation. Students have to apply online for re-evaluation from the board's official website, at jkbose.ac.in. Students have to score a minimum of 20% marks to be eligible to apply for re-evaluation. Moreover, they have to pay an application fee of Rs 390 for each subject through challan. The JK Board will release the JKBOSE 12th result 2024 for re-evaluation in July 2025.

JKBOSE 12th Class Compartment Exam 2025

The board organizes compartment exams for students who failed to score the passing marks in the board exams. During the JKBOSE 12th Compartment Exam 2024-25 , students will be allowed to sit for a maximum of 2 subjects. To appear for the compartment exams, students will have to fill up the compartment exam form. All the details including the names of subjects for which they are going to appear should be clearly mentioned in the form. The board will issue the JKBOSE 10th compartment exam time table and admit card for students going to appear for the compartment exams. The students should reach the exam hall at least half an hour before the exam timings. After the completion of exams, the board will release the compartment result on the official website. The students will be able to check the result using their roll numbers mentioned in the compartment exam admit card.
