How to Calculate the Percentage from Karnataka 2nd PUC Grades?
To convert Karnataka 2nd PUC grades into a percentage, follow these simple steps:
- List all grades and their corresponding grade points for the six subjects.
- Add up the grade points of all six subjects. Divide the total grade points by 6 (total number of subjects) to get the average grade point.
- Divide the result by "10’ and multiply the result by ‘100. ’

From the academic year 2024-25, the Karnataka government has decided to bring some changes to both the Secondary School Leaving Certificate, SSLC (Karnataka Board class 10) and Second Pre-University Course, 2nd PUC (Karnataka Board class 12) exam system. The first change that it has introduced is from the 3 annual exams to be conducted, students will get a chance to choose the best score among the marks scored in these three attempts. Another change that it has brought under the revised examination system is that there will be no 'supplementary examination; it has been replaced by 'annual examinations 1, 2, and 3'. These changes have been introduced keeping in mind that it can reduce the stress level and competition among the students.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Supplementary Exams
The Karnataka board will conduct the supplementary exams for Karnataka 2nd PUC in April 2025. The board will release the Supplementary exam forms after the release of the result. The students who fail in one or two subjects will be able to fill out the form and appear for the supplementary exams. The board allows students to sit for supplementary exams for only two subjects.
