Maharashtra HSC Board English Syllabus 2025 : The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will release the class 12 HSC English syllabus on its website. English is a compulsory language paper for all the class 12th students irrespective of the three streams, Arts, Commerce, and Science. The HSC Board English Syllabus includes 2 sections, A Coursebook in English (Yuvabharati) and Grammar. The English paper will be based on Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Oral Tests, and Grammar. The Reading section will carry 40%, Writing section will carry 25%. A total of 15% will be in the Grammar section, and 20% will be in the Oral Test section. Students are advised to go through the latest Maharashtra HSC English Exam Pattern 2025 for the marks distribution.
The HSC exams will be conducted from February 11 to March 11, 2025, in an offline mode. The theory paper in English will be conducted for 80 marks and 20 marks will be provided for the internal assessment. The duration of the paper will be 3 hours in pen and paper mode.
