Maharashtra SSC Grading System 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune has defined the Maharashtra SSC Grading System 2025. As per the Maharashtra class 10 grading system 2025, students are awarded grades between A and E. The Maharashtra SSC grading system 2025 is a 5 point scale grading system where A is the highest and E is the lowest grade. Students who will be securing 75% and above marks, will get a distinction grade. Those who will acquire marks between 60% and 74%, will be awarded First division, and if any one obtains marks between 45% to 59%, he/ she will pass in the Second division. Moreover, the minimum passing marks for the Maharashtra 10th board result 2025 that all the appeared students have to score are 35% marks in each main and optional subjects. These 35% marks include marks obtained from both theory and practical examinations.

Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is expected to release the Maharashtra SSC Result 2025 in the second week of May 2025 on the official website - mahresult.nic.in.   • Total Marks: The maximum marks for each subject will be 100 marks.
  • Internal Exams: The internal assessments/ practical exams will be held for 20% of the total marks that contribute a significant part to the overall evaluation.
  • Final Theory Exam: The remaining 80% marks will be allotted to the final theory exam.
  • Negative Marking: No negative marking will be made for incorrect answers.
  • Breakdown of Internal Assessment: The 20% for internal assessment will be evaluated based on various components.

  • If a student needs more condonation marks than the marks provided to pass the exam, no additional marks will be granted.
  • Students with good performance in state, national, or international sports during the academic year can be provided up to 20 grace marks in particular subjects.
  • Republic Day parade participants in New Delhi can get up to 20% grace marks in subjects, whereas other students are provided with 10% grace marks only.
  • If a student matches any of the above categories but fails to pass even after adding 20% grace marks, he/she will fail to qualify for automatic condonation marks.
