Never Miss an Exam Update
Maharashtra SSC Passing Marks 2025 are 35%.
Students who wish to pass the SSC exams must score at least 35% marks separately in theory and practical exams to be considered for the passing certificate. Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has also recently published a proposal in the State Curriculum Framework (SCF) which states that the passing marks will be lowered to 20 from 35 for Math and Science. The proposal led to confusion among the students. Later, MSBSHSE clarified that the new passing marks will be implemented with the new curriculum from the next few academic years rather than this academic year. Right now, no new changes have been made to the passing marks for SSC students. Students are required to score 35% marks combined in both theory and practical exams to be considered a pass.
