About Mizoram Board

Mizoram Board of School Education is responsible for creating the syllabus and designing the question papers for classes 10th and 12th every year. The syllabus PDF and question paper PDFs are uploaded online to be downloaded by the students. The class 10 exam is known as HSLC in Mizoram and the class 12 exams are called HSSLC. 100 marks are allotted for every subject included in the curriculum for both classes 10th and 12th however these marks are divided between theory and practical sessions. About Mizoram HSLC

The class 10th exams in Mizoram state are known as HSLC. MBSE HSLC Board 2025 will be conducted in March 2025. There are five main subjects included in the curriculum for HSLC exams. Two language subjects and three elective subjects are included in the curriculum. Each theory paper will be conducted for 80 marks except for the Science paper which will include theory and practical exams and the theory exam for science will be conducted for only 70 marks. Students must efficiently prepare for the exam by downloading the latest syllabus and exam pattern available online.

The class 12th exams in Mizoram state are known as HSSLC exams. Mizoram HSSLC Board 2025 will be conducted in March 2025. Students must prepare for the exams by downloading the syllabus and exam pattern from the official website of the Mizoram Board of School Education. There are a total of 9 subjects included in the curriculum according to the latest exam pattern. There are two language subjects and free elective subjects included in the curriculum. Other than that, there is one additional subject and three internal assessment subjects also.

• Step 2: The homepage will open on your screen and you have to click on the option called Academic
• Step 3: A drop-down menu will open on your screen. You have to click on the option called syllabus and another three options will open on your screen.
• Step 4: Click on the option of your choice among High School And Higher Secondary
• Step 5: A new page will open on your screen where the activated PDF for the syllabus will be displayed. Click on the direct link and the PDF of the syllabus will open on your screen.
• Step 6: You can now download the syllabus accordingly.

To download the Mizoram HSLC Class 10 Previous Year Question Paper and Mizoram HSSLC Class 12 Previous Year Question Paper , students must follow the following steps:

Mizoram HSLC, HSSLC Admit Card 2025

The Mizoram Board of School Education usually releases the admit card for the board exams a few weeks before the commencement of the board exam. The students are provided the admit card directly by their school authorities, and there is no way they can download it directly from the official website. The school can download the admit card by providing information regarding their login credentials. The school authorities must download the admit card as soon as possible and cross-check the details mentioned in the admit card. The students will be called to the school premises to give them the admit card.

MBSE HSLC Admit Card 2025 and MBSE HSSLC Admit Card 2025 will contain important information. The students are required to verify all of the information in the admit card, and if there is an error in your admit card, you are requested to report the error to your school authorities. After the conclusion of the compartment exams, the results will be published online on the official website of the Mizoram Board of School Education. The result will be available online and the students will be able to check it using the roll number. The roll number will be present on the admit card for all the students. The marksheet will be available one week after the declaration of the result to be collected from the school premises. MBSE HSLC Supplementary Result 2025 and MBSE HSSLC Supplementary Result 2025 will be released in July 2025. Make sure to verify all the information present in the result so that you get the correct marksheet which will be used further with College admissions.

There are a certain number of marks required by the students to successfully be eligible for the passing certificate. The passing marks for classes 10th and 12th are similar. A candidate shall be declared to have passed the exams if he/she obtains :

• At least 33% of total marks in each theory paper.
• At least 33% of total marks in each practical paper.
• At least 33% of the aggregate marks.
• At least a ‘D’ grade in the internally assessed subjects.
• A candidate shall be required to pass separately in Theory, Practical, Internal Assessments, and Annual/Board examinations.
