Mizoram HSLC Grading System 2025 has been classified by the Mizoram Board of School Education in the new scheme of examinations. A division system will be followed to grade the students according to their marks. Students who achieve more than 75% marks overall will be awarded the best division which is the distinction division. The minimum passing marks are also classified in the official PDF. Students must score 33% marks in every theory paper and separately in every practical paper to pass. The division of the students along with their passing criteria will be mentioned in the MBSE HSLC Result 2025 .

Students who fail to achieve the minimum passing marks will have to sit for the MBSE HSLC Supplementary Exam 2025 . The supplementary exams will be conducted in June or July 2025. Check out more information about the Mizoram HSLC Grading System 2025 here:

April 01, 2025: Mizoram HSLC result 2025 is expected to be released in May 2025. The students will be provided with an activated link to check the result. Using the login credentials, students will be able to check the result online.

Mizoram HSLC Grading System 2025

The division that the students scored will be based on their overall marks. Check out the division system followed by MBSE for hslc students from the table given below

There are 5 main subjects included in the curriculum for hslc students. One additional subject can also be chosen by the students according to their interests. According to the new exam pattern released by the Mizoram Board of School Education, students are required to score 33% marks separately in theory and practical papers to pass. Students can check the subject-wise passing marks from the table given below:

Mizoram HSLC Gracing Marks 2025

Mizoram board also helps students to clear the exam by providing them MBSE grace marks. A student can get up to 12 marks as gracing marks. For example, if a student fails in one subject with a shortage of 12 marks, then the board will pass him or her by giving 12 marks. If one student fails in two subjects with a total shortage of 12 marks, then the board will pass him or her by giving them the required marks in each subject to clear the exam.

Mizoram HSLC Grading System 2025: Re-valuation

Students who are not satisfied with their marks scored in the MBSE HSLC result 2025 can apply for a revaluation of their answer sheets. The state board will share all details regarding the MBSE HSLC Result 2025 revaluation after the announcement of the results. Students must note that once the results of MBSE HSLC re-evaluation 2025 are out, no further changes will be entertained. Students can register themselves for re-evaluation through the Mizoram board's official website. Re-evaluation application forms will be released online where the students have to pay the application fee of Rs. 500 per subject. The concerned authority will announce the revaluation results in June 2025.

Mizoram HSLC Grading System 2025: Compartment Exam

The Mizoram Board HSLC Compartment Result 2025 is expected to be announced in July 2025. Students who appear for the compartment exams can access their results online through the official website. Original marksheets for the compartment exams will be available at the board office and distributed to students by their respective schools. These exams are conducted for students who do not achieve passing marks in one or more subjects. The compartment exams are scheduled to take place in June 2025.

The students who score between 60% to 75% marks in the Mizoram HSLC result 2025 will be awarded with the first division.

Will grades be reflected in the Mizoram HSLC Marksheet 2025?

Only the division and the subject-wise marks of the students will be reflected in the Mizoram HSLC Marksheet 2025. Grades are not provided for HSLC students in Mizoram. 

 

What happens if I fail to secure the minimum passing mark in one subject of Mizoram HSLC?

If the students are unable to score minimum passing marks in one of the five subjects allotted for the Mizoram HSLC curriculum, then they will be required to appear for the compartment exam. The minimum passing marks for the compartment exams are also 33%. 

 

Are there any changes in the curriculum for Mizoram HSLC?

No news changes have been made to the curriculum for Mizoram HSLC students. The same curriculum and syllabus will be carried forward for this academic year.
